I need to figure out a way to heal this child and make him feel safe and comfortable. Is “this child” what’s standing in my way for stepping into the next best version of myself?
I can give you even a better tip: just remind yourself that other people feelings is just imaginary story in your own mind. They really feel nothing, or feel whatever you convinced yourself they feel. That's a nice "psycho switch".
