How exciting! I live in York! Hopefully you can visit one day. Did you have to quarantine at all? When I moved to the uk I made the mistake of taking too many clothes, if I had to move again I would pack just enough for a week and then purchase little by little according to my needs. As I realised that my life style changed and I was often over dressed, people in The U.K. tend to be less formal than in Mexico when it comes to my field (language teacher) but they go all glam for going out at night. In Mexico i quite literally went to the pub wearing flip flops and oversized dungarees hahahah PS: Is not summer, we are still in spring,
That’s cool, I went there many years ago with my family but would love to go again :) haha fair enough! I did have to self-isolate for 10 days but I reduced it to the 5 days with the test to release. I didn’t bring much to be fair, just the things I had been wearing regularly back home but definitely have a big wishlist for clothes here. That’s interesting to note - it’s great to hear about your experience :)
