WTH is going on with all the new hardware coming for our sim hobby. Its almost too much to take in LOL. And it all looks like superbly crafted stuff. Simnautica looks like it might just be a Christmas gift for me and then I will probably and finally build a cockpit for it. Amazing times we are experiencing on this hobby!
@@MCP2002 Absolutely. And no matter what we personally think: hundreds of thousands of people play Star Citizen. Without it, we would never have seen Virpil's Z extension and probably not the Gladiator omni. ED also did its part.
I finally took the plunge only last year and bought the CM3 from Virpil; my Warthog, being a TM product, had broken for the 3rd time and so finally went in the bin. Now FFB is coming back. I'm both excited and bloody annoyed.
@@WatchMysh Yeah but i guess it comes down to what your looking for. I would prefer something smaller and easier to fit between my legs than that thing. It's crazy big.
Crappy tiny motors and not being able to deal with extensions which most aircraft with centre sticks have that’s why. Who wants that crap now, I certainly don’t, so we have to deal with the increase in base size.
@@OzDeaDMeaT thanks, every single person who gets one of the VPForce Rhino FFB bases for example is extremely happy with it and keeps saying the words game changer so I can’t wait to get rid of the crappy spring based joysticks finally and feel what’s happening to the aircraft through the controls. 😁
I haven't stopped using my old MSFF2 for the past 20+ years, recently upgraded to the Rhino, I spent the whole time being owning that MSFFB2 asking for better support and being mocked by people who never experienced one, frequently saying what a gimmick waste of time it is - despite never having tried one, and yet here we are, So FU you all you people who mocked.
@@WatchMysh Amen, and even better when implemented fully to enhance the experience - I will never forget that sensation of lift generating under the wing as the speed increased on take off in a war bird - from that moment on I was hooked !. @@WatchMysh yeah, thats another great product, but I hope they release the Aeromax soon because for the moment I cant buy rudder pedals because I dont have space for them, so I need a stick with twist axis
@@WatchMysh yeah it says four to six weeks, ill be using the warthog stick. I'll be posting a video on 47driver channel, we're both real life chinook pilots so hopefully we can add some insight into how it compares to the real deal
@@SaiyanJin85 Hm... I think it might get lost in value-limbo because of being very close to the Orion2/F16EX at 250-300 which offers a full size cam/spring gimbal. We'll have to wait and see though. :) This will be an interesting year for flight sim gear.
@@WatchMysh I am definetly looking forward to the release of MSFS2024 the most but the new IL2 looks promising, as well. Force Feedback gear is a little bit too bulky for me at the moment - nevertheless great coverage of the coming hardware 👍
The B17 VR Game looks sooo fun, i can imagine the banter and chaos with a full crew haha
i really need VR...

Lol totally. I could possibly make 2 videos a day at the moment.
Everybody can thank MS for the success of MSFS making flightsims great again.

Lol I feel you. But the CM3 is still a great base and far from worthless now. People will still pay good money for it if you switch to ffb.
i don't remember the force feedback sticks from long ago having bases as big as an ITX system.
@@OzDeaDMeaT yes they didn't. But they also had a lot less power.

I'm very curious about the CDT Aeromax flightstick, do we have a price estimation and a release date?
