You nailed it my friend. For a person who loves WWII aircraft and wants to get into flying them in a really nice sim this is about the best one to start of in.
dear author - we really need updated Hotas Buyers Guide - for 2024. Old one is from autumn 2023, and a lot has changed since then. This guide is most popular series on Your channel, it would be reasonable to make updated version of this guide more often (every 6 months).
@@roccatagon I'll make a new one every November. But with the momentary release frequency the next one after that will probably release earlier, maybe late spring 2025. Right now I'm waiting for some force feedback gear to arrive and release. Already started writing the script for the new overview. :)
@@WatchMysh 👍👍👍 excellent timing, just before msfs2024. New updated version of this Guide every 6 months would be nice idea. what do You think about new winwing Ursa Minor HOTAS set (joystick+throttle) ? Is it worth to buy only for General Aviation (MSFS) ? Im asking bcs. this Hotas set cost 220eur, it is just like VKB Gladiator joystick only, and 1/3 of VKB full Hotas set. I know that vkb is more advanced, but price difference is huuuuge. I own Thrustmaster 16k Hotas set without rudder pedals. It is maybe not superb but works ok, especially TWCS throttle with built in rudder function is nice. Ursa Minor joystick is for sure better than Thrustmaster, no doubt about it. But....I wonder IF Ursa minor Throttle would be real upgrade instead of Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle? Or maybe best value set in Your oppinion would be mixed combo: TWCS throttle + Ursa Minor joystick ?
Hey :) Check out my review of the Ursa Minor. It's right here on the channel. The best value combination in my opinion right now is the Ursa Minor + the TWCS throttle, just as you already found our by yourself. There isn't an Ursa Minor throttle unit, or did I miss something?
@@WatchMysh Ursa MInor - "space joystick version" is NOT throttle? Looks exactly like - VKB Gladiator Omni throttle.... I thaught its similiar device, which can be used as a throttle after blocking1 axis, just like vkb Gladiator do? (if not You coul mention about it, many users can think like that)
@@WatchMysh but do winwing give special "axis blocker set" when someone buys "ursa minor space joystick", to make easy conversion joystick->throttle ???? If not - it cant be threated as a throttle option, how to block it without this "blocker" ?

what about mouse
Hi! What for?
For playing like moving the aircraft around like in rise of flight were manually u can just play without a joystick
Well now I can take off and fly. All I need to do is learn how to dogfight.
That's the next step. Might do a BFM (basic fighter maneuvers) tutorial next ... hmm.
Good video
