- There was more drama and intrigue inside the courtroom for day four of testimony in the Alex Jones defamation trial in Waterbury Superior Court on Friday.
The families of eight Sandy Hook victims and an FBI agent will be awarded money for the pain and suffering they endured as a result of Jones’s lies that the massacre was fake and the parents were actors.
For a third day, Jones’ corporate attorney Brittany Paz took the stand. But this time, rather than the focus being on company data, it was all about Paz’s demeanor with the prosecution calling her out for vague and confusing answers.

I never been realized how many total basket cases was in our country. Lord help us.
I know right? How many people fall for both ideologies when both are wrong. The hoax theory is complete rubbish for sure. But the official story... that says numerous officers just stood there staring at 24 gunshot victims not saying a word to dispatch about them for no reason whatsoever while many of them bled out and died right in front of them makes no sense either. But here we are. Being told to believe either or and everyone is falling for it. psh (and yes, that's exactly what the official story says. Refer to the Connecticut State Police Sandy Hook Report and the Hartford Concensus).
God is punishing us just like he punished the Hebrews/Jews in WW2 with Hitler, we have Baby Hitler Trump who worships all Dictators.
There are millions of them, many of whom are obviously mentally unstable and very dangerous.
@@Spanosmusic And it is amazing how all of them follow Trump, Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, MTGreene, Boebert/WHOREBERT
@@normancarter5419 This is exposing what a serious mental health problem there is in the United States. Who’s emotional? I’m entertained! AJ is NOT getting out of this and he knows it.
A higher court will THROW ALL THIS UNCONSTITUIONAL B.S. OUT, the 1st Amendment will prevail.

I do every day. You need to find out what this case us really about.
He primes his audience by expounding on what the evidence means for 15 minutes before he presents the evidence. The human mind is going to naturally follow the course laid out for it.
It's like those meme picture that show something that could be interpreted as two different things.."Do you see a man walking in the woods....or is it a dog" most of the time people will answer with man because it was laid out for them first. A bit in the weeds, but I wanted to point out that Ms. Paz, who is a licensed attorney, is not (as far as I know) a corporate attorney representing Alex Jones / Free Speech Systems. Rather, she is an attorney hired by the former (and professionally connected to his current counsel, Mr. Pattis) to act as his corporate representative for this (and one other) legal proceeding. A corporate representative is a pretty counterintuitive thing, hence a lot of the confusion. There's no requirement that a corporate rep, in this conception, be an attorney. They did appoint several other people as corporate reps at various points, none of whom were attorneys. They were just longstanding Infowars employees. Alex Jones himself, if he wanted to, could have been his own corporate representative.
Ms. Paz is an attorney, but she is not (as far as any filing I've ever seen reflects) an attorney representing Alex Jones or FSS or Infowars in her capacity as legal counsel.
I'm actually not fully sure what, if any, implications there might be because she IS an attorney and also acting in this capacity. Several times in proceedings her status as an attorney has been referenced and she's been called on to make distinctions that an attorney would understand but most laymen wouldn't. I remember her talking about standing once during testimony, and a few other things, which your average non-attorney wouldn't be able to speak on. Probably that testimony should not have been allowed or elicited because she's not been asked to give expert testimony as a lawyer but I'm not an attorney myself and don't really know.
Her being asked to reference stuff that she knows as a lawyer isn't inappropriate, it speaks to her knowledge on the subject and highlights that she is being willfully ignorant. It acts as evidence for impeachment.
If you want a breakdown showing how willfully ignorant all the corporate reps were, go listen to the Knowledge fight depos (Formulaic Objections) where they breakdown the prior corporate reps and Brittany Paz during deposition. Fun little spoiler! Knowledge Fight, according to Norm Pattis (the now suspended lawyer for Jones), is the reason they had to hire Brittany Paz in the first place.

Definitely speak for yourself, Jones did this to himself. He could have brought evidence into court to uphold his first amendment rights, but he chose to ignore the discovery phase instead. Because of this, he got a default judgement against him, if he was truly innocent, he would have defended himself.
If the judge has a fragile ego, she is not fit for the bench. This judge can barely hide her contempt - not the composure of a professional.
And why not? Jones showed nothing but contempt to the court by deliberately not providing discovery documents, (which he could have presented evidence to defend himself), and he lied to the court that he didn't have evidence which he clearly had. Gee Brandon, and you expect a judge to respect Jones for ridiculing the court? Grow a brain.
I hope the next time you get a speeding ticket, you tell the Judge it's a Kangaroo Court.
The judge seems to have the composure of a professional to me, at least in this video you are commenting on. She is sitting there composed, doing her duty while a mocking image of her is displayed right there.
