Kind of reminds me of a certain former president who claimed the 2020 election was stolen from him as he himself blatantly tried to steal the 2020 election (and continues to make his unfounded claims to this day, of course). Someone suggested to me that maybe I just don't like Trump's personality; there may be some truth to that, but it's his character (or lack thereof) that I really find disgusting.
The judge has to hold him accountable, one warning is understandable, but at this point it is just enforcing his behavior. Charge him with perjury and contempt of court, and give him some time in prison to go along with his payout.
I think at this point we should hold him in contempt of humanity.

In Texas, Perjury is a Class A misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to a year in the county jail and a $4,000 fine. Aggravated perjury is a third-degree felony, which is punishable by 2 to 10 years in prison and a $10,000.
So why isn't he in jail for multiple counts of perjury?

He was found to have committed perjury TWICE today alone. Apparently, his lawyers accidentally sent the prosecution Jones's entire phone chat history last week. Jones testified in court that he made no texts that maligned the victims. Too bad his own lawyers just handed those damning texts directly to the prosecution. I hope that take him for WAAAAAY for than 150 million, charge him with lying under oath, and send him to jail. That's where this waster of good air belongs.

Well, not “sentencing.” There is no sentencing in a civil trial. A jury only refers a verdict that a defendant is financially liable or not. No handcuffs or no jail time
