I love the Retro 51 pencil as it is the only 1.15mm lead, and the styling. However I have constant mechanical issues, 4 pencils will be going back for repairs at 7.50 each. These are bad jams despite taking great care with them.

quick question. Why do you prefer pencils over pens? Just curious. I like both and collect both but I always prefer my pens slightly more.

+skycaptain141 A couple of reasons: 1) You can erase. I make all kids of mistakes. Anyone who claims that they don't is fooling themselves. 2) I like the scritchy scratchy sound of the lead on paper. 3) I like the increased complexity of the mechanism. 4) I can't really afford to collect both en masse. ;)
