I've folloved you for a while, for tips and tricks. 2 days ago i've finished my 6th knife. Never thought but i got hooked up on knife making. So probably i keep on doing.

Hi Vahid. Another great video. In English Leatherwork tradition we use a diamond profile awl which spreads the leather fibres a bit wider, and reduces the need to press so hard to stitch. The fibres will soon shrink back to grip the thread. So soon in fact, that it is necessary to awl just before each stitch. Just a thought. I’d hate to see the needle slip and pierce your palm and put you out of action for a few weeks. May I send you one to play with and experiment? Or do you want to stick to your existing tools & technique?

Hi Dennis, thank you kindly for the well wishes. We have indeed moved and settled well. Although it does seem to take time to get certain things back on routine. I just did my first intro course in black smithing and I've gotta say that I'm definitely hooked. There certainly will be blades coming up in future videos too.
