👍👍👍 thanks Steve my life has changed. 5 months ago, my A1C is 14 and I’m on insulin. With kidney 1st stage disease and now, lost 20 LBS so as my wife and she is very happy. As of now no more insulin and I’m taking 500mg + 500mg metformin, now my A1C is 7.2 👍 and also BP went down to 116/69 without meds. Praise the Lord👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

Totally agree with your milk theory. I believe that once you have weaned your babies, I breast fed my 3 children, then weaned them onto goats milk. Then I stopped any milk once eating my properly, I do believe that my kids were definately healthier than most. No colds, coughs & general childhood irks. You are what you eat & always will be. I was a high school cafeteria operator. Grade 8 to Grade 12 , For five years . No foods with sugar, No drinks with sugar. The biggest hits on the menu were fresh salads and a daily choice of homemade soups, chilli, I also offered unlimited fresh daily homemade buns, from a local bakery, with real butter. I had to feed about 1500 students daily plus the facility staff . This is the far north of Canada. Every day was a great day . Which if I had of been better educated on toxic foods. Thank-you so much for your educational advice

i eat 2 tbls total of a mix of sprouted organic oats and steel cut whole oats , 1-tbls organic ground flax seed , tsp organic chia seed ,touch of cinnamon- soak overnight in bowl of 1/4 cup water and add 1/2 cup organic blueberries after microwaving 1 minute in morning- this can't be unhealthy and my BMI is 23.
Naw in Dallas Texas the local farmers market vendors buy produce closeout from Walmart, etc.🎉

Dr Gundry, I just got my order of pro plant complete chocolate shake and it came with an insert warning me of chemicals including arsenic that this product can expose me to. I’m not so excited to take it now.

It really depends, if someone is very active and trying to get bigger muscles then you need much more but Dr G is 100% correct that if not very active then we human need fairly little protein.

Again a other great video, TY Dr. Gundry, I have a question about millet. Millet is indeed very healthy, unfortunately there are many carbs in millet. That is mine biggest concern. Dp you have any comments or a opinion on that. I asume, many people who are on a low carb diet or keto will avoid millet or other very healthy foods with a high carb content.
i wouldn't be too worried about oatmeal, lol. there are multiple studies that prove that oatmeal is extremely beneficial for you. Regardless, if you're worried about carbs for blood sugar reasons, you could balance it by eating healthy fats, and protein alongside it. Such as nut butters, chia seeds, greek yogurt, etc.
Try boiling millet till you see a lot of the starch boils off and pour the starch off after boil in lots of water in large pot.millet will foam up a lot maybe 30 minutes, tipoff with Bragg Aminos just a little

Is organic wholewheat good for you - especially from Europe where roundup isn’t used on organic food? Does the nutritious fibre in wholewheat outweigh those who are maybe lectin intolerant? Fibre vs. lectin … who wins?

If we can’t eat most carbs and not much protein, how are we supposed to keep weight on to stay alive? I stay on a lectin free diet and struggle to keep myself at my healthy weight of 125.
You get your fuel from healthy fats. Butter ghee olive oil coconut oil, lard , etc
@@albasdumbledorf5113 I take in tons of organic olive oil every single day. And dairy (butter) and lard are certainly NOT on the list of lectin free foods. Lol.

Don't believe what you read on Google. It's a giant company with no medical knowledge. Dr Grundry is a time served heart surgeon who dedicates his life to making people healthier. I know who I would believe!!
As TCM [Traditional Chinese Medicine] said : good herbal medicine is always bitter, not sweet. So they know it for long long time through clinical observations .

Dr Gundry, why don't you share your finding with health insurance companies. Your findings will make people healthier hence less claims for them. They may fund further research in this field and will promote a pro biotic lectin free diet to their customers.
I'm an empty nester now. I was a big cook, but now I don't know what to do. I don't know how to cook for only myself and I no longer need much food. Help
Hi Sandra. When you were cooking for everyone else, what was that feeling like? Did you feel satisfaction knowing you fed your family good nutritional food? Saved money by eating at home? Knew what you were eating because you chose the ingredients…etc? Try and remember those feelings when you are now cooking for yourself. Actively acknowledge that you are worthy of eating good home cooked meals, which will also likely keep you healthier. You may not need to cook every day. If you cook on Monday and Tuesday, cook enough to last for two days. That way, what you cooked on Monday you can have it on Wednesday as well and what you cooked on Tuesday, you can have it for Thursday. Maybe Friday you can get together with a friend for an early dinner outing. Fast Saturday and Sunday until noon then have light meal, salad, soup, grilled veggies…etc or switch up the dates as desired…etc. Go to a friends house on one of the week days or have a friend over…etc. Try and take pleasure in the meal planning process…etc.
Main thing: you are worthy of home cooked nutritious delicious meal, even if you are the chef cooking for one. Or be treated at a friends house or you invite a friend to your home…etc.

I don’t understand your food plan program i noticed it’s aimed to people living in California or have digestive issues it’s not reality we have many fruits and vegetables your diet is impossible to follow eating made at home but everything my country provide made outside second cost and preparing the food you mentioned not easily convenient way also which vegetables and which fruits you mentioned berries and we have many fruits out the boot?

Dr if fruit is the biggest cause of obesity then I suggest you look at raw vegans and frutarians. They are the most skinny people that do not restrict their calories. I'm a 125 pound man who's been eating mostly raw vegan 70% of calories from fruit for years. I did a 21 day juice fast and and lost even more weigth. It's not the fruit and fruit sugar that causes obesity. It's actually human cleverness that causes obesity. What do humans do that no other animal species do? Humans are the only ones who cook their food and therefore eat foods they are not supposed to eat. Try eating raw potatoes or grains or raw meat.
