20 over the speed limit is reckless in my state, but seen people driving over 100mph in California and just get a ticket. But also no victim, no crime.
@@MyDcLaw theres a few different regions that the traffic enforcement go, and i guess the PNW is region A and texas is B and they dont talk? thats what i was told
I always like to make guesses about what the answer is gonna be when I see your video title. My guess was "reckless driving" or "you were pulled over for speeding but the officer notices drugs or weapons in your car and THATS the actual reason you're being arrested". When I was 20 or so I got pulled over for the first time. I don't remember how much over I was going but the officer told me this legally counts as reckless driving. But since it was my first ever offense on my record, he issued the citation as simply a really expensive speeding ticket. So I was able to quietly pay it off without telling me parents. XD
Thanks for watching! And both of your answers are technically correct. You could get arrested for either. Glad to hear that you weren't arrested for reckless driving though. It definitely pays to have a clean driving history 🙂.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds like Texas is a state that has strict driving laws.
