You should build your own liminal space. Create a 3x3 grid with the non-euclidean portals in all the outside doors. Make the rooms nearly identical, and all the doors lead to other doors in the same grid. To give them hope, every once in a while, destroy an object, and add a different one somewhere else in the room. If you want to be nice, create an exit portal directly above where they initially spawn in, in the middle of the center room. They just need to jump straight up on that block to leave... assuming they ever figure that out...😈
