Instead, you can trade 24 paper for an emerald trade or 9 emeralds for a bookshelf trade (depending on which slot is taken by the enchanted book trade), and in my experience, it locks in the trade for a lot less.

at 30:54 the chance of that spawning (a skeleton riding an invisible spider) is rarer than breeding a blue axolotl, that with the fact that the skeleton is wearing armour makes that extremely rare. Like, unnaturally rare. I think its less than 1/4000 chance of that spawning i think. I am not a math god and dont know the chances of a skeleton having armour.
Quick and useful Minecraft tip. If a zombie is using armor and you want it drown the zombie and you will get all of it. So wait till it turns in to a drown and it will pop off.

At some point, these challenges are basically all the same. Find snow area, get emeralds from white foxes, trade with Wandering Traders, get iron from zombies, make cauldron for water, etc.
True. The ultimate challenge is one block challenge and it's been beaten multiple times. Everything else is just an easier variant, if it doesn't have additional restrictions.
@@shotaworld Yeah, additional restrictions would've been pretty interesting, like for example this entire world only being regular or warm ocean biomes. I don't even know if it would be possible to do much, but that's the fun of it.
@@Querez8504 Snowy taiga is necessary to get emeralds to trade with the wandering trader. You'd need to introduce the apple some other way, which would ultimately give less restrictions instead of more. If you're giving zero structures and nothing but useless blocks to begin with, you have to have the snowy taiga to give yourself emeralds to trade with the wandering trader for. Shipwrecks can give you moss blocks, but only structures and the trader can give you apples. In short, the snowy taiga move is the only way to do these ultra minimalist challenges right now. If you're not using that then you must be doing something else like allowing structures.

Hostile mobs despawn outside of render distance because many can spawn due to caves and low light levels, this can cause severe unnecessary lag that can build up overtime and make the game unplayable. Passive mobs are generated by the world creation itself and can only spawn in certain areas and spots, not by random happenstance of dark unlit areas, so they're allowed to stay.

What's happening with the Berry's is that baby drowned are spawning as chicken jockeys, (i don't know why this is possible but it is) the chicken is floating to the top of the water, the drowned burns in the sun, and you're left with a normal chicken just floating in the water. This has been a really weird bug for years : )
If you're playing version 1.21, you can put a mob in a boat and drag it behind you on a leash. This is much faster and differences in height can also be overcome.
A campfire can actually make infinite charcoal. The recipe requires 1 charcoal, but breaking it gives 2. This isn't efficient since it costs 3 logs, but without furnace it's the only way to get infite charcoal, without wasting a shit tone of emeralds
By the way, the random Barrys emerging from the ocean are caused by baby drowned jockeys. although they can spawn, since they are underwater, the baby immediately dismounts the chicken, leaving you with random chickens coming from Atlantis.

What's happening with the Berry's is that baby drowned are spawning as chicken jockeys, (i don't know why this is possible but it is) the chicken is floating to the top of the water, the drowned burns in the sun, and you're left with a normal chicken just floating in the water. This has been a really weird bug for years : )

If you're playing version 1.21, you can put a mob in a boat and drag it behind you on a leash. This is much faster and differences in height can also be overcome.

The recipe requires 1 charcoal, but breaking it gives 2.
This isn't efficient since it costs 3 logs, but without furnace it's the only way to get infite charcoal, without wasting a shit tone of emeralds

By the way, the random Barrys emerging from the ocean are caused by baby drowned jockeys. although they can spawn, since they are underwater, the baby immediately dismounts the chicken, leaving you with random chickens coming from Atlantis.
