Made this recipe the other day, first recipe made in my instant pot! Man, I’ve been making bone broth for a while, but this recipe turned out better than anything else! It even gelled like it was supposed to! Made it just in time too, as sickness has descended on our home! Kiddos just ate some soup made with the broth! Ftw! Thanks for posting!!

This is seriously so good that I wanted to just drink it, and had to force myself to save it for the soup it was intended for. I made it back in December after my Christmas turkey, and tomorrow I'm making a whole chicken and wanted to do the broth again, and went searching and searching for the same youtube video. I got you saved, liked, and subscribed now. :)

I’ve made this a few times in my IP. Usually I do the bone broth prep the night before. Then I make a turkey soup the next day.

Sooo. I am an idiot. I made this and it looks and smells incredible. However, I forgot to remove the plastic turkey leg holder thing. Should I toss it? Did I plastic infuse my broth?

Why would you throw the bits of turkey meat away?! Pick it off the bones and add to the soup you're ready to make with the broth!

Because that meat has 0 flavor.

The flavor has been leeched out of it. Give it to the dog.
