That was one of the most pleasant news conferences I've ever listened to. It was intelligent, informative and constructive. What an MVP legend and just a plain good person.
He gave some real nuggets about high level QB play in a 15 second span near the end, and boy oh boy that premeditated throw has been the demise of every QB prospect that has ever entered the league. His work with Zach though is a pretty good indication that he expects to step aside in a year or two.

Zack Wilson sitting behind Rodgers for the next year or two is a blessing in disguise.. people forget that Rodgers sat behind Favre for 4 YEARS and look how that turned out.. Also, Rodgers is not always a team player like Brady and he can get moody if things go south. Packers lost in playoffs because they have never had any kind of defense unlike the Bears, which ultimately wins super bowls. Bears won in '63 and '85 with virtually no quarterback. Wish the Jets nothing but the best this season and I will be watching.
This is gonna be a fun year of football. I'm really curious to see if the Jets can live up to the hype and finish higher than the Bills in the division, and get themselves into a wildcard game. Tough for one division to get 3 teams in the playoffs, but definitely seems like it could happen in the AFC East this year.
