ARod is such a measured, thoughtful, insightful person when in front of media…..i think he catches unnecessary heat for having an opinion and being able to articulate it at times…I’ve always taken a notice to Rodgers in the media from afar, but now that he’s here I’m happy he’s here to represent this organization! I think a ton of ppl will have a change of opinion of him after hard knocks

Did the Jets fire the Audio guys? ESPN are some real Jet fan haters. They fired a lot of people but keep the snake Cimini, to be forever with the Jets. Since Metha is gone, he is the worst ever, even before Metha. Closet Patriot fan. From 1989 to now, when he came, I can't think of another reporter who Jets fans hated back to 1969. Metha is still walking from NJ, and Cimini sucks on lemons before he talks about the Jets.

This is Aaron's "look at how happy I am now with my new girlfriend" phase. He did this incessantly with the GB media years ago and it actually was over a real breakup. Before camp 2017 I never heard him mention once how many friends he had, how close he was with a select few lucky teammates, how amazing his life was, how unique and rare the things he was doing, places others can't or never will visit cuz of exclusivity, everything was 'the best' and he was so happy. Except most players don’t feel the need to convince the media how happy they are. Try to think of one player... And now try to think of a time when Rodgers doesn't do that. Super weird. Only people who are profoundly unhappy and dealing with some serious emptiness have to say it all the time. 2017 Douche Rodgers was born. Lifelong Packer fan, and Guty absolutely neglected WR/TE from 2013 (Adams) - 2022 which is completely insane, and super petty. But my guess is after 2017 when he just became and huge tool, he was probably a chore for Guty to deal with. In the end though results are all that matter, if your play doesn’t fall off in the playoffs and you don't sh!te the bed in big moments in the playoffs, even a small town like GB will look past the exsausting arrogance and narcissism. Unfortunately we just decided we can do bad ( in the playoffs) all by ourselves. Not having to deal with all his BS is just the cherry on top! Have fun with him when he's got 1.5 seconds to get rid of the ball, instead of throwing the ball to Wilson he'll be throwing him under the bus. He did it just year with Doubs and Watson, and the kids were just rookies. Good riddance dude 🙋

@TheDeanOfTheJets As I'm sure you know, with anything in life it's a mxture of both. In GB we're just tired of him getting nervous and playing below what he's capable of in the playoffs. He's the James Harden of the NFL. Imagine in Jordan or LeBron had one good playoff run their 3rd year in the league, then every since for over a decade played HOF level during the regular season and sh!t the bed in 4th quarter of playoff series.. every year! It's kinda insane if you think about it. He's the greatest choke artist in the history American sports. Relative to his talent and regular season prowess. Talk to me after you get knocked out of the wild card, and we'll see how enthused you'll be for what we fleeced from you in the trade. Dude turns into a coward in the big moments, every year besides 2011.
And I think Love is gonna pretty sick actually. We can come back to this convo after say, week 8??
@@snuffaluff6597 happy to revisit. I wasn’t a big Rodgers fan, but I was gobsmacked when Love was drafted without so much as a heads up to him. Just mind bending. Clearly, while you get paid very well in the NFL, you have almost zero ability to leave your employer.
If the last two HOF QBs have left bitter at the organization, maybe there’s something there. The Packer Way (like the Patriot Way) may not be aging well in an era of highly compensated players who want to feel like it’s a partnership. (Especially HIGHLY paid QBs who’s tenure is increasingly long.). Mahomes is treated like a partner in KC. That may be the new model.
I wish Jordan all the luck. It will bode well for the Jets if several years of being Rodgers apprentice has improved him. But betting odds are he’s the worst QB in the Norse.

@larryolson397 Yeah, yeah I got uncles who talk about the good old days, the magic man etc. I started watching with my pops mid 90s, so I've never known bad qb play and I'm spoiled. But after 2016 Seahawks it's just became real apparent the dude doesn't have it when it counts. He's a regular season superstar. Sundays in fall and early winter I'll be forever thankful for those 3 hrs. Outside the game he's a huge POS
