Well said! The last number of years, the world has seemed larger and smaller, with social media and more content produced, available 24/7. I sympathize with you that some ways of thinking have separated people. Without question, Aaron has been an unbelievable football player and whatever he does to conduct himself is his choice. I can honestly say after this interview it seems aaron is truly putting the team and winning first after that being questioned in Green Bay. I mean he talked consistently about only wanting to win, getting to work, great things said about the coaching staff, and he even switched his number for Namath. I feel like i have not rlly seen this side of him and this could make the Jets even scarier with this level of focus from him.
we actually have this man on our team. Zach better study his every movement man bc he could be next in line of the throne. Aaron rodgers still got some left in the tank and our organization is on the brink of being special 🙏🙏🙏

It's crazy. I came to this team as a Zach Wilson fan, but now I'm just as excited about Aaron Rodgers stepping in as the starter as I was when Wilson was drafted. This is going to be a fun year. 🙂
As a Cowboys fan I hate Rodgers. But I'm excited for the Jets fan base. They definitely going to the playoffs and on his first year, a playoff game is a win for them. Anything else coming after this year, if it ends with a ring., will be awesome to witness.
As a Packer fan Aaron was much more than an incredible QB. He was someone we could trust taking the field. Someone that made game day exciting. For the past 18 years it was amazing to gather around and cheer him on. Heck I remember when I was a kid at spring training when Brett was still leading the charge. Even though Aaron was the backup at that point, I could tell he would be something special. While is time as come to an end at GB. I’m excited to see what he does with the Jets. Excited that a whole new fan base will be able to share the feelings of watching him and cheering him on. Maybe in another 18 years Love will come to the Jets. Lol
That’s the most tragic part. Out of 18 season, he and the team could only get one ring. The franchise completely failed him big time, as they did Favre who also unfortunately got only one ring when he should’ve won more. But with Rodgers, I had a feeling he would never win again in Green Bay after how that 15-1 season ended
My god these reporters are redundant. That aside, as a die hard Packers fan, I’m ecstatic for the Jets fan base. Can’t wait to watch Rodgers play and hope y’all have a great season. Rodgers is the best of the best and I’ll always root for him.
As a Packers fan I am really happy for Aaron and the Jets. Living in Wisconsin and watching 12 play was a true blessing and a lot of fun. Good luck Jets
It’s unfortunate though that after 2010, the remainder of his career there was an empty void . After he won we all thought they’d get at least one more ring seeing how many divisional titles and 13+ win seasons they had but it never happened:( Probably one of the worst organizational failures
Jets fans you better appreciate this man! He’s down a lot for us and don’t listen to all this media BS and the packers fans who wanted him gone just because of “drama” enjoy having him and appreciate it! Cheer every chance you get!
As a Packers fan it's gonna be weird seeing Aaron in Jets gear. But nevertheless I wish him and the Jets luck this year. I'd love to see him get another ring, he definitely deserves it.
Rodgers is an mvp! He will lead the Jets to 12+ wins and SB almost guaranteed with afcs best defense. He’s not a savior but he is like a hero to me that has saved my Jets from mediocrity to win the SB
The Jets just got one of the best quarterbacks of all time. Again the Green Bay Packers administration did not demand a better deal like NYJ literally giving up its 1st Round Draft Choice.
Regardless of W/L, I can't wait to see the AFC East BATTLES between all these teams. Reminds me of the Big East grinder that UConn ncaamb went through, that strengthened them to win a championship. I can't wait to watch great teams fight for victory!

Thanks for the well-wishes, dude. Who knows? Maybe Jordan Love will keep you guys as consistent playoff contenders. I wouldn't doubt it after the streak you've had with Favre and Rodgers.
Enjoy the ride Jets fans! Whatever happens, SB or not. This is going to be the most memorable season of our lives. Enjoy every day!
Fact!!
Yall will get some good years out of aaron
40 year old QB? Lol
Not lol
Congrats Jets! Rodgers is the real effin deal
I'm from Texas and a 49ers fan oddly enough, but when I was a kid I use to watch the Jets. Freeman McNeil, Mark Gastineau, Joe Klecko, Wesley Walker, Al Toon, those Jets. This is a big win for the Jets organization and football as a whole. Football isn't the same if the Jets aren't good. Congrats Jets fans, Ya'll are definitely working with something now. #Contenders
They were great battles with the Dolphins ….
@@Nautilus1972 Absolutely!
@@JusDaFactstv still in Texas? How’d you end up on 49ers? Must of been confusing if anyone caught you watching the Jets in Texas, as a 9ers fan. We thank the 49ers for Saleh and all the supporting staff Shanahan allowed to head East with him.
You forgot to mention the great Richard Todd. Just joking here but Ken O'Brien was O.K.
True story, Aaron Rodgers grew up a 49ers fan, the franchise rejected him, because he was to arrogant. 49ers would of taken him, instead of Green Bay. I truly beleive they would of won there 6th ring.
Congrads New York. Your getting a PHENOMENAL QB. Rodgers going to LIGHT IT UP this season. I been privileged to watch all of Favre and Rodgers careers
Gonna finish third in the division behind the Dolphins and Bills LOL
@@goldenknight33 I am not a Jets fan and was huge basher of Rodgers when he was drafted. I wouldn't bet against Rodgers
Glad they got this done today since the Draft is tomorrow.
Jets have their QB and now just need to build around a pretty good team. Aaron will be probably watching the picks very closely and offering advice where needed.
@@Thewootanglife exactly at most 2 years and then he leaves - he is getting is big $$$$ but the difference between Aaron and Brett - is Aaron has is OC from GB -- he has his wide receiver from GB -- he knows Coach Saleh from playing against him in the NFC -- he has a young hungrier team with weapons offense and defense - but the problem is he has to deal with Bills 2x, NE 2x, Miami has Tua and that high powered offense - Burrows, Mahomes, Herbert too -- they will make the playoffs but win a SB -- not likely -- they will be lucky if they get to the AFC title game --

They didn't have to do it before the draft. The had leverage over the Packers. They would have been able to use all of their picks and then get Rodgers after.
The most talented thrower the nfl has ever seen. Jets fans get pumped you got a top 5 QB ever on the way
Already pumped! This is surreal
Bull$hi!t No way he throws a tighter spiral than Warren Moon or Dan Marino, but Rodgers is DAMMED good.
They're all right up there
I'm a Packers fan and I'm so excited for the Jets organization and their passionate fan base, I've always gone for the Jets whoever they face in their division especially if they're playing the patriots,I believe in Rodgers,He has 5 more years in him if the Jets can protect him and it looks like they're getting some key players in place to do that, I'll be going for the Jets in the AFC this year,Aaron Rodgers has always been an underdog that shines,He was at a small market College cuz no one else offered him a chance,Same in the Draft the small market packers were the only one that wanted him and little did anyone know that he was a future hall of Fame that ended up changing the game with his amazing accuracy then here come the small market Jets the only one offering him anything before he's about to retire,The Jets have lit a fire back into him and he's dangerous when he's got a chip on his shoulder,Thank You Jets for seeing what alot of Packer fans have seen for 18 yrs,Jets fans deserve this more than anyone, it's been too long
I'm not even a Jets fan but I'm happy for them and Rodgers. Hope they win the SB. They have waited long enough

Isnt it ironic he went to the same Team that Brett Farve left the Packers for!
If he goes to Minnesota next year heads will explode
Packers fan here I hope you guys can get Aaron another ring 💛💚 he’ll be missed for sure & I’ll always root for him. Good luck this season! It’s crazy growing up watching him to him now on a different team 🤧
He’s still in Green tho!!! TBH, once the Jets were out of it each year, I’d always root for the Pack being in the NFC and a small town team. Good luck ahead!
This guy is the man!! I heard other interviews of him and i am just amazed at how real and cool he is.. so glad rodgers is in New York and a jet
Bills mafia and miami sweating
You guys got a good one man. Good luck next season and beyond!

As a die hard Bucs fan I still remember the day I found out Tom Brady was coming to Tampa. I’m jealous of y’all’s optimism right now! Was a hell of a feeling knowing the goat was coming to town. Arod I’m NY has to be a similar feeling for jets fans.
As a packers fan I’m happy for you guys. A lot of other gb fans have forgotten how much he did for that franchise over the years because of his whole persona. I’ve had my issues with him in the past with some of his off the field stuff, but that doesn’t change how much he gave for our team. Hope you guys succeed, after all you guys have endured watching them struggle over the years you deserve some good football memories with a hof qb
We appreciate Packers fans like you who are congratulating us for this acquisition. As Jets fans we KNOW what he's done for you guys and we can only hope he replicates some of his best moments with us.
@truone637 good luck this year with a proven qb. It just wasn't working in GB anymore. I am now a jets fan.
Well said! The last number of years, the world has seemed larger and smaller, with social media and more content produced, available 24/7. I sympathize with you that some ways of thinking have separated people. Without question, Aaron has been an unbelievable football player and whatever he does to conduct himself is his choice. I’m hoping as a Jets fan that he can help turn things around and bring about a winning culture! Good luck to the Packers this season and moving forward!
Thank god they decided to record this historic moment in such high resolution
This is awesome. I’m gonna be watching all the jets games I can over here in Denmark 🇩🇰 !
Over 30 years watching, going to games, bleeding green. Just wanna say thank you Aaron, Woody, Chris, Joe, Bob, and everyone who got us here. This is the chance to be special we’ve all been waiting for
well atleast jets logo is still green LOL
Classy move by Rodgers not taking Joe Namath #12 even know Joe gave him his blessing… Just a classy move in my opinion. 🤷♂️👍❤️🏈
Packer fan here rooting for Jets to win the Super Bowl, best QB ever ! 😊
I’m happy for Aaron hope he gets another ring he deserves it. The Packers organization never put a defense around him. The year they did he won it all. I’m 500 bucks in on the jets to win it all. Placed it after his appearance on Pat McAfee’s show. I’m hoping Love is the next HOF QB but as a realist no way the packers 3 peat with HOF QBs if they do I’m happy but next year for us is rebuilding so i hopped on Aaron’s bandwagon in 2020 when he called out the packers on how they treat outgoing players and other things.
Ha I doubt it he has to go up against the bills because that’s the division rivals and it’s not gonna be easy
Lmao you going to lose that money eve if the jets somehow make the playoffs Aaron will choke like aways.
Congratulations NY Jets on getting Aaron Rodgers
Thanks honey
Packers won the trade. Just you wait.

The Jets drafted Becton instead of Wirfs and Zach Wilson instead of DeVonta Smith. Now they've traded for a 40-year-old QB whose arm strength is fading. Might as well let a Taco Bell cashier make the front office decisions from now on
@Zenigundam You've gotta be an idiot. Despite almost league leading drops by his team last year, he still put up solid numbers. That's not going to happen to him this year just wait.

Green Bay failed both him and Favre.
Both deserved to win more than just one ring for how long they were there

I never thought this day would come. I am beyond pumped let’s just make the playoffs which they will, and then see what happens.
Don’t forget, he’s more passionate about hallucinogenic mushrooms , than he is about football …..
Now trade him for taysom hill , while you can …..
we actually have this man on our team. Zach better study his every movement man bc he could be next in line of the throne. Aaron rodgers still got some left in the tank and our organization is on the brink of being special 🙏🙏🙏
Zach is going to be cut, he shouldn't have been drafted that high but media pumped him up. White is the guy the fans should be hoping studies arod.

As a Jets fan for over 40 years this is surreal.
70 years of combined suffering and loyalty. Lol.
My god these reporters are redundant. That aside, as a die hard Packers fan, I’m ecstatic for the Jets fan base. Can’t wait to watch Rodgers play and hope y’all have a great season. Rodgers is the best of the best and I’ll always root for him.
As a packer fan congrats he’s still a hell of a player don’t listen to the media he’s still that guy wish him the absolute best
As a Packers fan I am really happy for Aaron and the Jets. Living in Wisconsin and watching 12 play was a true blessing and a lot of fun. Good luck Jets
It’s unfortunate though that after 2010, the remainder of his career there was an empty void .
After he won we all thought they’d get at least one more ring seeing how many divisional titles and 13+ win seasons they had but it never happened:(
