To everyone who’s headache does not go away after the various exercises… you may be suffering from migraines and NOT tension headaches. Migraines are different to headaches and don’t just ‘go away’. Triptans may be your best course of action.
I suffered for years (since the age of 6) and no amount of massage/pain killers worked until they finally recognised that my symptoms equated to a migraine. It’s super important that we distinguish what is a tension headache and what is actually a migraine!
