This face massage is amazing, but I had to repeat it like every few hours in combo with tea and brandy. Slept like a baby and woke up completely healed. This is unheard for me. All my life I have been very susceptable to getting accute respiratory infections and no matter what I did they always ran a nasty course of at least 5 days. My nose skin used to peal from rubbing it at the end and I felt like dead alive. I am 50 now. Wish somebody gave me this advice long time ago . You are a Gods gift. Thank you thank you thank you!

I'd seen another video similar to this, I tried it and it seemed to be BS. But here I got a vivid explanation of what is going on. And to my astonishment it worked. I blew out something almost the size of Bilbo Baggins. As a person who has had nasal cavity issues for my whole life I am eternally grateful.

  • @Beebleish

I'm confused watching this. Is a runny nose and a congested nose the same thing to you? It seems you're using those terms interchangeably. The title of the video is how to fix a runny nose, but it seems it's all about congested noses.

I left a note on the Hip release video. I am having difficulty popping my hip and having lower back, hip, groin, and some knee pain (fell in a hole). My chiro is frustrated that the hip will not pop and I am worried surgery is next. I previously went to physical therapy and saw a spine doctor who said it was degenerative disc disease but it is not that bad and most of the pain is in my groin with a stiff hip. Are there any exercises I can do to loosen up my hips and make them easier to pop? I feel like maybe I am tensing up because the groin hurts and really do not want to go through surgery. I love your videos and they have helped me so much to stay active. But I am in a tough spot now because I do not want surgery and no one seems to be able to help me fix this:). Any advice appreciated-I am 58 and was very active before this happened but now I am getting frustrated and depressed because I cannot seem to get back to where I was. Feeling desperate.

I guess this may help those whose running nose is related to infection or congestion but not for drippy nose. I guess the saline spray would help, I just pop a Benadryl (generic).

I do that hook movement on the side of my nose to kind of like lift up my sinuses and anything in there and then I spray the saline spray and it gets up under there and seems to break it up except mine always goes right to the back of my throat and chokes me. Uck, But im happy to have controll of my sinuses back

Every so often I'll get a day where my nose runs like a tap non stop for 24 hours with no other symptoms, the only thing that has ever worked for me is one dose (500mg) of Co-Codamol (Paracetamol and Codeine combined). Any idea why this works? It was a total fluke that I discovered the cure.
