    After 4 years of suffering with tinnitus, I just found my root cause 1 month ago. I got tinnitus from TMJ. Now, I've been addressing TMJ and this has given me relief. I still have a lot of treatment to go but I'm so happy I'm now on the right track. I'm not expecting to rid my tinnitus 100% but any type of relief would be nice. But this video is 100% RIGHT! Finding your root cause can make all the difference and save you time and money. God bless. 🙏

    Thanks for all your great work. My Tinnitus is most probably from loud rock concerts and on stage w bands when no one wore earplugs. The best relief I have found is the crickets churping sound therapy,it masks it and when I turn if off it has lowered the volume of my persistant hissing / ringing. Night time is the worst. Low dose benzos have helped , I think it's due to the calming of brain activity at night. I have learnt to manage it,but hope to find new solutions as research progresses to more powerful drug free remedies.

    My solution was to have an air purifier in my bedroom - because of the sound it makes (pure air is just a bonus). It works like sound therapy whilst I'm asleep. The air purifier has helped me a LOT.

      That's a creative and effective solution! Using an air purifier for its soothing sound during sleep is a fantastic idea, and it's great to hear that it has made a significant difference for you in managing tinnitus.💜

    I think mine is sinus infection or something. I was fine until Nov 2024 and a mild ear infection feel in the right ear. Then the 8000 hz sound started mildly in the right ear, along with lymph pain/minor swelling. Came in went so I finally went to dr. No infection. persisted so I went again, they cleaned my ears (pulled out what looked like the star trek II worm from each ear)
    At this point the 8000hz migrates to the left ear and is LOUD. Right ear is fine, but the ache is there when this happens. They tried augmentin thinking sinus infection and no help, flonase was a no and any OTC also nothing.
    why did it migrate to the left ear? Also the night ate two spicy chicken sandwich and the next day absolute gone. Today it's back, but mild. Hearing test was passed and no issues, and a CT scan shows "Nothing to note" other than mild irritation/mucus at back of nasopharynx.
    As I write this I have mild 8000hz in the left, and the right ear again feels kinda achey, and also mild (and I mean mild) pressure in the face/sinus. But I don't feel sick, other than the agony of the distraction of the tone when it happens. There are clues here somewhere

    Mine started after a routine shoulder operation went wrong, I "flat-lined" being too weak for the procedure (due to effects from an incorrect medication months earlier). I was eventually released from the hospital months later with home care having been arranged. I've suffered from vertigo and "chirping/high-pitched buzzing ever since. Ten + years later I'm still suffering, although the high-pitched notes, at times, seem to subside occasionally.

    It happened once or twice in 1year in early morning sleep while I am completely not awake and dozing and the sound will go up from low to soo intense and loud that I feel like I might lost the hearing capacity. Sounds like cicada sound (forest buzzers). No any injuries, or infection or anything.

    I've had tinnitus of 2-3 intensity ever since I was a young child. No exposure to loud noises, no head or neck injuries, and no hearing loss at all. The only relevant factor is that my dad has tinnitus.

    I suffer over 7 months now with high pitch ringing on my right ear. I got it suddenly while I trained in the gym. It’s change my life… everyday I thinking about this day… I think that i cut my life in two ways… of course my tinnitus approved after months but it’s still here and I pray to the Lord that one day gonna be gone. I hope someday to come something to relate it… the case is that I don’t have hearing loss. Can someone from Europe to make a appointment with trouble health?

      It could be covid, after covid I also started to hear tinitus, I had hearing problems and neck problems before covid, but I think covid made it everything worse and started the tinitus

      Oftentime, tinnitus is multifactorial and we cannot pinpoint one single reason. We recommend following up with your dentist since it seems like there is a somatic component with your jaw. To learn more, take the Tinnitus Quiz:treble.health/tinnitus-quiz

    After the last spike I started hearing a low rumbling noise, as well as my "usual" high pitch ringing. This low rumble changes depending on how my mouth is positioned/opened. Any idea what this could be caused by?

    • @treblehealth
      @treblehealth  3 месяца назад +1

      It's likely due to jaw issues (maybe TMJ). We recommend following up with your dentist to help alleviate this!

      @@treblehealth Thank you! I am indeed investigating this possibility. I only hear this second noise when my ears are covered (earphones, earplugs, or just sticking my fingers in my ears lol), which I find to be really interesting. I have chronic tinnitus, and even after a first spike a year and a half ago I only had a high pitch tone. This second spike came with this new sound, and it's been hard to manage, both because it's something new and also because I'm not sure what the cause is. No cause was ever found for the first tone either, no hearing loss. Both noises are bilateral. From your experience, could the first high pitch noise also be TMJ related at this point?

      Audiologists are legitimate doctors within our specialized field of healthcare due to our education, training, and the critical role they play in diagnosing, managing, and treating hearing and balance disorders. Audiologists hold a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree, which is a professional doctorate that requires four years of post-bachelor's academic and clinical training. This comprehensive education equips us with a deep understanding of the auditory and vestibular systems, enabling us to provide evidence-based treatments, from hearing aids to cochlear implants and beyond. Moreover, our expertise extends to counseling patients and their families on communication strategies and the psychological impacts of hearing loss, underscoring their integral position in improving our patients' quality of life. Therefore, despite not being medical doctors (MDs), audiologists' specialized doctoral-level training and their crucial role in healthcare justify their recognition as doctors in their field.
