    Thanks for putting up the assembly instructions. My last model was a Lancaster Bomber 55yrs ago. Wish me luck.

    The head is the most fiddly part. The rest of the model went together fairly simply. Thanks for the instructions. Massively helpful.

    Acererak is from the Tomb of Horrors module and also features in Ernest Cline's Ready Player One

    11:24 it was at a moment similar to this that I was told that I was a miniature hobbyist.

    Thanks for showing this Im just starting with painting miniatures . Now I need to order the clippers lol. Does basic super glue work ? or would you suggest the modeling cement ?

      @WatchItPaintIt  2 года назад +1

      Depends on the exact plastic but I tend to favour plastic glue over superglue by a long way! I currently use citadels plastic glue but will be trying tamiyos cement soon as I’ve heard it’s great

    If you can use sanding sponges for rounded surfaces helps a lot

    Never cut close to the part, always leave a nun and shave it down. You get much better results

    • @WatchItPaintIt
      @WatchItPaintIt  3 года назад

      I did that when I first started but since I bought nice nippers I find it about the same cutting dead close and saves trimming down :O I think the general consensus is to cut away and trim down though like you say!

    Super sad, because the glue is not includded, so this is not ready to unbox and paind as the other packs I have. Also there's not information on the box telling the glue and primer required, and the plastic material looks super fragile and cheap instead the other minis (Owlbear, Drizzt and Minsc&Boo).
    I'm super disappointed whith the product I bought at this time.
    Sad...

      While building miniatures feels a chore and you need glue, it’s sooo much better IMHO. This model is so much stronger and less bendy than the others. And it’s been a few years since I made this video now but I build all my miniatures now!
