I can’t believe they put this much time into it where almost every single character has a unique line for Oliver, Tellius’s biggest meme, when most people get the template dialogue, it’s honestly kind of great

Yes. In exchange for being able to support any character in the game with any other character, the supports themselves were cut down to a few generic lines per character. Even in the cases where unique lines are used, only the initiating character gets a unique line and it's still limited to a single line per character. it was so disliked that some people suspected it was why Shadow Dragon didn't have support conversations at all, though it may just be that they were being faithful to the original game by not adding them.
DragonRage40X IN MY OPNION it is lazy writing. Chracters Should only Support Certain Chracters.
For Example Soren can only have Support conversations with Ike and Stefan.
Mist having support conversations With Modercai, Boyd, Rolf, Jill, Titiana.

Whats up with Duke Renning and Oliver? Oliver didnt seem like his usual spledid self in his lines.
So the Laguz are basically the closest ones to having anything unique to say to Oliver when THEY initiate the conversation. Interesting, and hilarious.

yeah there's a super DUPER secret in the game where you can get Ashnard. not telling though Cause it's so secret I want to keep it to my self and I only discovered this recently while playing radiant Dawn on my Wii

I’ve always wanted to have more playable characters like that pretty much everywhere in a level.
How do you mod this game? Do you have to play on your computer, or whatever?
I don't blame you for thinking it's a mod. It's on a physical copy of Radiant Dawn, but I used hacks specifically to get more units to appear on the stage.
