This VIDEO is from the show at Earls Court Exhibition Center in London, England on May 24, 1975. All apologies for the poor video quality. The sound has been partially restored, but the film was damaged and has lost a lot of sharpness from being transferred to tape several times over the years.

this is the best clip of Page and his most excellent showmanship in using the theramin that ive seen so far...thank you for sharing it
To people that wonder how Page creates the sounds from his theremin: He used a double stack theremin. It has two antennas- one for volume, the other for pitch. Its connected to two vintage Maestro Echoplex EP-3 tape delay units. His left hand is varying the settings in the delay units.
(REAL DEAL:. Unlike pedals, the units have motors and spin actual tape). Some of today's higher end analog delay pedals would work, possibly just as well. There's no complexity with hos set-up..
Amazing, but Plants voice was cracking a bit. Poor guy, and what he went through with his vocal cords. Still love him forever ♥️ To eternity ♥️. He was also sick with pneumonia…he says…keep trying..keep taking that medicine! So sweet!

Amazing, 6 years after this was recorded on the album, Plant's voice is already blown out.
His voice was in a bad shape here, but he did have vocal chord surgery in mid 1974 and he caught the flu in the early part of the 75' tour (Chicago in January) and his voice never really recovered during this tour. It got a little better for 77' tour, but his high pitched vocals were gone at this point in Zeppelin's career.
As you age your voice changes!! FACT!! And he sounded good on top of me ... just sayin

Never the same show twice!! Suck's I missed seeing them live by a few month's. I'm guessing they would of toured the US in '80 - '81 from book's I have read, it was in the works. RIP John Bonham.

+Kristin Engel its called a theramin. The theremin is an early electronic musical instrument controlled without physical contact by the thereminist. It is named after the Westernized name of its Russian inventor, Léon Theremin, who patented the device in 1928.
