I love Germany cars but it’s has very complexity in terms of fixing , removing or replacing anything and this double the cost when it come to repair anything or even just check In top of that parts are very expensive and doesn’t last long
Does anyone know how to remove (in this video) the black bezel around the aluminum door trim? I damaged it while removing the aluminum door trim and want to replace it.
@@MK4moTDIthanks, the large black plastic part that has the door handle, tweeter, and aluminum trim / memory seat control mounted to it. I'm assuming you have to remove the whole door panel to replace it.
I don't suppose you have video (or advice even!) on how to remove the trunk/boot switch (lower forward portion of driver's side door panel) without removing the door panel?!
Yeah, i thought so. I decided to really yank on the switch surround instead… it came out with a busted clip on one end but saved a heck of a lot of time!

Where the memory seat buttons are? It's the torque screws on the inside.

No, you would have to remove panel.
