Brooooo, I was looking for content just like this! (I got same hair type). Had short hair all my life now committed to growing it out and already getting hella positive comments. Thanks for all the great info. Peace ✌ Liked and subscribed
Omg thank you!! My hair is very similar to yours. I always had curly hair. I just never grew it out. Always had a short fade or taper. Kind of sad, I had shame in my curly hair from siblings making fun of my hair as a kid. I am now 30 and just grew my hair out for the first time since I was 2 or 3. Your video will help me tremendously.
my partner has a similar hair type to you and they shaved their head recently because their hair was stressing them out so much, but are thinking about regrowing it after the summer - we'll definitely implement this into their routine!!! ✨
He used “Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Tingle” shampoo. And “Not Your Mother’s Natural Curls” leave in conditioner. If you wanna learn how to braid your own hair I gotchu🔥 ruclips.net/video/lWAcUoIQP4M/видео.html 🔥
I’ve got the same hair as you but I’m an athlete and I have practise 4x a week and the gym workouts, should I wash my hair and use all the products that you use everyday or just wash my hair with water after each training session?
Water, shampoo, conditioner after every 2nd and 4th training session. Normal wash with water on the first and 3rd training session. Do the method he teaches u once every week (so perhaps on ur first shower or last shower of the week). Apart from scalp massage which you can do daily
This is an everyday thing? I feel like if I condition and shampoo my hair daily like that it’s not as healthy. I usually do both every 4 days sometimes even only once a week but I put leave in conditioner everyday. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or experience with his routine?
i do the same thing, i shampoo once week and condition everyday. I heard that shampooing too often with curly hair will cause frizz and hurt the definition of curls.
Nahh, Afro hair is good you can grow it out and start doing different hairstyles. Best thing about Afro is when your hair gets messy it’s easier to make it look good but this type of hair gets messy and it takes timeeee to fix it
You wouldn't I have it it's really Gappy because it looks finer it especially noticeable when you have a part I noticed this is more common in looser finer hair types like mine or looser
use some leave in conditioner (cantu or shea moisture) after you come out of your shower (with the hair still wet). While showering use a non-sulfate shampoo. put it on then rinse off. Then get a good conditioner (there are like ones by garnier called ultimate blends coconut oil that work well for my curls) and put it in ur hair gently, focusing on the bottom 2/3rd section of hair mainly. Once u put conditioner on, dont put too much water on ur hair - just enough to take off the excess. Then get out and do what i said to do with the cantu. Let it air dry, dont u dare use a towel on ur hair. U should have more defined curls after this. im judging this on what u look like on ur profile pic btw so yh
As a woman with short curly hair, this was helpful for me. Your hair is gorgeous. Looks silky smooth and shiny. 👍 tfs

Just asking which ethnicity are u , u look African but your hair is so curly
he said he’s black & african
My shit don't scrunch like your Mines drys long with finger coils naturally all I do is comb it in shower
remember everyone has different curls you don’t need to follow exactly what he does.
i have long as fuck curly hair and this looks like to much work lmao
That’s definitely 3a-3b
