I really want some explanation on how to allocate skill resources and calculate same on an activity node. I do not understand GANNT chart at all. I hope it will be cleared here. For example, do I write 2,2,2,2,2 when an activity begin on day 1 and ends after 5 days_ ? How do I know what to write when I am given the resouces in manpower.? How do I add up and know that I have placed the right sill recourses on the GANNT chart?
