Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence said that the Princess Royal is "recovering slowly" as he left the hospital after visiting his wife after her third night as a patient. Princess Anne, 73, was hospitalised on Sunday after suffering a concussion and mild head injuries during a horse-related incident on her Gatcombe Park home in Gloucestershire. When asked when the Princess will be freed, Sir Tim responded as he emerged from Southmead Hospital in Bristol: "She'll be out when she's ready."
