Hey Dave, this is in regards to another vid, what is the go with the chain catching on the renthal chainring. I have just got a new chain (KMC) and its doing the same thing, the original sram chain is fine. Do you have any answers for me? will a new sram chain work? KMC chain the only problem?
@@Gonzarelli Hi, basically it was Chainreaction listed it wrong. The Renthal chainring is not designed for the 12speed chains and says so on their packaging. Chain reaction provided a full refund and I bought a Raceface chainring designed for 12speed chains which work’s lovely. However the Kmc chain only lasted 450miles 😆 my bike now has a Shimano XTR chain 🙂

@@daverand3477 Thanks for the reply, I'm fairly new to mountain biking and never realised that the renthal chainring wasn't 12 speed compatible.
