Tony James at Timeless Hobbies has had some in as I got one from him at Smallspace on Sunday...not sure if he has any left
Whenever I need "a branch from normality", World of Wayne delivers. Love the content and the workmanship!
Great Wayne lot off patience for those masks. Thank You for my video advertising at the end
I watched Lou's build and was impressed with his end, now I am interested in seeing how my friend across the pond does his. Great start there Wayne.
What I would like to see is a large DS9
Nice start so far, although I worry the rubber wheel might rub off some of the lightblocking paint over time...
Yep. That's a worry for me too. Plus I have had to change the motor to 30 rpm as the gear ratio of a 2 rpm motor would turn it once every 30 minutes lol
Oh man, that window masking is going to take a lot of patience...and good hand-eye coordination! 😊
Not commented for an age but still enjoy your content. This looks an amazing kit, also watched Lou's videos making this model and love the idea for rotating the station! The main reason I wanted to comment was to wish you and Mrs WOW my deepest sympathies at this time and to let you know there are people that wish only the best for you and yours. All the best Wayne
Thank you
For light blocking I'd recommend a black undercoat. This is going to look really nice when it's finished.
You should 3D print a copy of the Space Plane and put it on a clear rod in front of the docking bay.
It actually come with one
@@WorldofWayneUK That's cool. You should still put it on a clear rod so it's either arriving or departing.
Fantastic, thanks to Jeff Wargo contributions amd Moebius for this release.
Interesting space station build. I've never heard of this before but it looks awesome. Have an amazing weekend Wayne.
Nice change of pace. Looking forward to your solution to the rotation of the unit.👍
interesting project. i have never seen this kit.
Try Jumblies Models on line. Pre order's available £160. Great model people. Recommended for loads of unusual stuff! 😉👍
This is going to be an epic model. Looking forward to seeing the next step.
Great start to the build, have to be patient with those masks, but sure the results will be well worth it.
That’s what those master blades are for is to remove the flash cause they are thin I got you some last year unless you used them all up.
I still have some
I'm thinking that your motor will need to be faster. if it is spinning against the outer ring, it is covering more surface than if it is closer to the hub
Yep. I was hoping the 2rpm motor would slow it down but I think it's ganna go too slow.
4.5 hrs on the masks now that is patience Wayne this is going to be an interesting build the fact im currently out of work stopped me ordering when you did that liquid cement looks good stuff 👌
im hoping to pick this up at Telford this year.
Hi Wayne, Yes I have this on order with a good UK company. Mobius do all of the 2001 remarkable spacecraft. I am old enough to remember going to the premier of the film in London in the 60's! The EVA pod in 1/8 scale is a very interesting kit too although having said that the entire range is excellent! Good luck with your modifications, I will be watching!!! Regards JH
Waiting for you to say that's all there is to do in that stage and that pack 😅😅😅
Oh my goodness - at least you dont need to drill them
Good times for a change, as Morrissey sang.
Kits on your channel are an interesting novelty, I hope you can dedicate a little regular space to them.
Great build and vid 💪💞👍😓🍺🇦🇺
All that for an illuminated steering wheel for your car, Wayne? As for putting all those tiny corn plasters on it!
Based from the movie by MGM
Super glue should be avoided like the plague when working with polystyrene. Model glue creates a weld. Super glue is a brittle adhesive that doesn't stick to styrene very well. Sometimes it's necessary but not often.
I REALLY would love to know where you got VINCENT. Is this another build you did? Thanks.
It's a 3d print . The files can be found at www.patreon.com/ScifiProps?
@@WorldofWayneUKThank you.
Going round in circles possie
How often will this be on the channel
Next part will be on Friday
