This video is amazing. Malaysian / Singaporean cuisine to me is a distant childhood memory since we relocated to Canada when I was 6. Now in my late 30's, I've been cooking regularly just over a decade but mostly North American, European and East Asian comfort food. After watching this video, now I can make the stuff my grandma (she's since passed) used to prepare for us decades ago! You have no idea how excited I am to try this.

You should’ve boil the prawn and chicken in the broth and cut those meats with a bigger knife. 😆
