    So many of these people think they can come over here marry American citizens and think they can do what they like. This makes me sick. I had one dude from Nigeria told me he married a black American woman to get his green card and then literally kicked her out the house when he got the green card. I told him not to speak to me as he was trying to hit on me. I was not interested in talking to him in the first place. I was content with my Native American husband and was not interested in any other man.

    So I'm not a US citizen but green card holder, I'm in the process of getting my citizenship through the military, my girlfriend lived overseas but my command wouldn't allow me to go overseas due to COVID, so my girlfriend came to the US on a tourist visa and I married her, didn't know about the 90 day rule. How likely is it that we can convince USCIS that this wasn't visa fraud when time comes for her to be filed for.

    I was married in jamaica in 1988.i came here in 2001 and get maried to a citizen here in miami .i get a 10 year grean .i was turn down for citizen .the person i married to in 1988 he live.in new york .he went and get a devorce . when these papers meet up .am i going to get deported .because i tought i was devorce from my first marrage in jamaica in 1988 .the person i married is a citizen in new york .

    I am married to 2 man .one in jamaica and the other in miami.i get my green card in miami from one .and the other one .say he is going about a devorce .all 3 of us is from jamaica .will i be deported .i lied to immigration to get the green in miami.
