I am a sponsor & sent wrong tax doc, 540 rather then a 1040, denied. If we file a I290B is it likely to be approved? My daughter-in-law has 11 days before need to exit. Please Advise!

So I just joined the US Army National Guard in New York with my two year green card while married to a US citizen. So I was told by a friend that I have to remove those conditions before I can apply for citizenship when am done with bootcamp. I want to find out how true is this. Do I have to apply for the conditions to be removed since my card expires in March 2020 and I leave for bootcamp in Nov 2019. I call uscis and am getting different responses. This is really bothering me. I hope you can help.

how about someone who purchased a stolen phone and has been arrested for few hours only(i believe it’s just a violation, not serious crime) then he went to see the judge and paid $150 fine. But right after that person was arrested by the immigration then released 2 months later for overstaying in the country. His mom was able to file the i-130 for hi which has been approved after 6 years because he was over 21 years old .Now he has to apply for adjustment of status i1845 file.I know part of that application ask if you have been arrested before, does he have to say yes or no to that question?it wasn’t a serious crime, just an infraction or violation but he has been arrested for few hours and they also took his fingerprint.it happens in 2009 but now it’s 2020.Just wanna know if he has to mention it in the adjustement of status application. Thanks

This video has been helpful. Under Trump's administration, is there a difference in which Visa to lean towards if the U.S. Citizen has a criminal background(14 years ago) for violation of Order of Protection even if the conviction was categorized as Burglary in the 2nd degree?
