Hi Nick, This is the perfect introduction to making the move from traditional paper-based job tracking and costing systems to a fully digital method of running a small business. You are so right - the admin gets in the way of making the money but without we all will fail dismally.Thanks also for the humour, a great way to present using the software.

Big YES for the analytics video please!!! Where are your views originating from and do people watch the entire video and what value of payments videos receive.
I started using it when Luke had his 6 months free offer code. set it up and then did nothing else. still got it free until Feb and as things are now starting to pick up I'm going to start trying to use it. its great that it syncs with quick books and I've managed to sync tradify with QB but not tried the other way round yet as nothing to sync back.

Can you export all the data you enter into Tradify? At the end of the day, that is YOUR company information and if you're not duplicating that data and Tradify disappear (unlikely right now) or you switch to another method, can you retain that data and inport it to another system?

Nick, from personal experience, put up a white board with non permanent markers. Jot the list of jobs when and where but with remarks. It’s double diary but when you wake up at 0200 with a great idea, fling it on there and go back to sleep!
Top mate, I love the idea of tradify, but do struggle with it if I honest.
Can see how it’s good for people with staff but as a 1 man band not so sure, I use QuickBooks and very happy with that.
Good video.👍🏻 Just a Quick one. If you should make a “big” job, what kind of program do you use to calculate the price. I live in Denmark and i use a program called Kakia.

I’ve been using tradify for around 8 months now. Absolutely love it. Even the recent changes which a client can accept and approve the quote by the click of a button. We have ours linked to our Xero accounting.
However it would be nice to see some changes to tradify such as payment processing would be great on invoices etc,
Xero has click to accept quotes and payment processing. I’ve not been sold on job management software. I see the lure, but Xero does so much and you can make it work with a simple google or iPhone calendar
Yes Zero does but tradify only has click accept no payment processing.

You get full one man band accounting and invoicing and estimates and project stuff all in one place with FreeAgent, see what you think :) tradify looks interesting il look into it more.

I was thinking about tradify but that’s put me right off.
I’ve got a customer database spread sheet on my Mac with invoice, estimate templates and I carry a diary.
I check my bank app for payment and I pay the bills at the end of the month.
How can tradify make things easier? I just don’t get it??
Everyone’s different I guess but it looks like more effort for the same result?
Do you get more work from youtube? Have people seen your video's and said yep would love to get this guy to wire my house?
