The "Window Licker" comment after you put the skate helmet on got me good. Always enjoy watching your walkthroughs. It seems like every time I see one, I learn some new skill.
Your guides are top notch, I love them! Would like to hear a little more about what keys to press for whatever action you're performing, especially gun mechanics. But otherwise perfect walkthroughs.
Omfg Cod how did I ever get started in DayZ without your walk thru talk thru for beginners, wow I have learned so much from this series so ty good sir. 😊
It's through your videos (and another RUclipsr) that I'm finally making *some* progress. Lasted 1 h 13 mins today. When I hit a PD (don't know what map I was on), there were pretty much only 'badly damaged' weapons and armor. I ended up dying in a courtyard of sorts within a hospital (next to the railroad tracks) because of bleeding. I never really got into the hospital.
I love how thorough you are in this video. As a veteran player even I found it informative and interesting. Will you be doing these style of videos for the inland locations for mid to end game after covering early game? Great video tho bro
I've thought about starting a channel just because COD and Bwad99 are the only ones who do this. They've very underrated and I'd love to see COD do as many routes as possible
Hey my man! These videos are invaluable!!! The first video in this series you put out helped me find a fishing rod and i even made a fire (it was my goal to stsrt a fire before I died after getting mauled by zombies lol)! I found a pal, after getting whacked on by a window licker .. only to have that window licker and another jump us with fkn sticks!! I bluffed the first dude with my shotgun (i had no ammo) i just pointed it and told him to stay back!) Lol... but yeh, im all for being a buddy and a friend. When i get more experienced, i want to help out newbies that spawn in and defend them from assholes like the dude who thwacked me. Anyway, love the videos. I do need to find some vids of xbox controls coz my inventory management skills suck. It takes me ages to get my way around all my stuff.
Thanks for the kind words dude and I'm glad the videos helped! I started out on Xbox so I feel your pain when it comes to the Inventory management on console for sure!
@@codfatherofsoul any tips for sorting out my gear on xbox? Would LOVE if you did a video on it if at all possible . You have an excellent way of explaining things. Would also love some more tips to make food/fire etc. Cheers mate!
I'm enjoying these beginner guides, I'm brand new and I've almost quit out of frustration. You've helped mw out. My question/suggestion would be when it's time and how /where to build bases, etc.. Thank you!
Glad they can help Jerry! I don't often build bases because I find they get raided very quickly and can be a waste of time. I would consider building an improvised shelter in the woods or you can Bury a large dry bag with a shovel pick or hoe and they are much harder to find. Crates can be crafted and buried too and there are a few good YT guides on how to build improvised shelters and wooden crates!
@@codfatherofsoul and does all that go away if you die? If so it's really a waste This game definitely has a steep learning curve. I just hate dying when i feel I'm having a good run!
No each server is different but most stashes last for something like 45 days and then dissappear if not interacted with or of course if the server wipes. All you can do as a new player is learn from each death and try something new next time. Honestly took me about 100 hours until I felt comfortable enough and I still get "dumped on" now after thousands of hours!
Loving the series. I’m not entirely sure I need it but this content is brilliant for total freshies. I’m gonna forward you on to a mate who I’ve convinced to give it a go. This should help streamline a few things. Good tips, good game sense tutorial, about how to think about what’s next. Keep it up!
Great videos as always thank you 🙏 I’m about 20-30 hours into the game and getting better thanks to your videos. Would love to see a video about how to approach the north west airfield - I keep getting killed there and feels like a tough location to nail without lots of experience so would love to see how you approach it - thanks again
Did you drop a burlap sack and then immediately make rope, and not make an upgraded burlap backpack? That’s always one of my go to early game bags. Small profile, fair capacity, can make it in the first town if you’re lucky with the sack.

Thanks dude appreciate that and will try to get some specific key binds in for you in the near future!
Depends what system you’re using, console or pc?

Thanks very much dude!

It is brutal when you first start but persevere and the sense of achievement when you keep a character alive for hours and hours is unmatched imo.
I’ve watched you play for hundreds of hours and have never seen you overwatch a town to this level of detail!!
I had time to fill! Lol

It's a good idea doing some inland locations for sure! Stay tuned!
You have to get inland first cod!!

Just realised, after 50 hours of DayZ, I dont think I've met a single player
Lol it can be like that but not for 50 hours..not if playing on a medium to high populated server that is.
@@codfatherofsoul I'm keeping to low population until I can hunt etc
Yeah makes sense for sure.
Still swear you're Luke Rowe 😂😂 , great vid btw , more like this for coastal spawns then some advanced talkthroughs for inland would be great 👍
Awesome walk through! These videos are so underrated! This is so good to learn the game and the map. You did an amazing job in explaining everything
Thanks Kev appreciate that!
Havent played in a while.
Perfect entertaining refreshment.
Thnx.

Thanks for the kind words. The Airfield is one I would like to do soon although I'm no expert and usually die there everytime too! 🤣

I do like that bag for sure if I can't find something bigger sooner and I will need the rope for fishing so saves me having to find two!
Let’s show some fishing
Another fantastic video from the Cod, well done m8 ❤🤙👍
Thanks M!
New codfather!
Rad vid
Thanks dude!
Sir! Excellent as always!
Thank you Sir!
How do you eat the glow stick😂

Thanks for the help Cod because I don't know what the hell I'm doing.Kay's really good though.
No worries Ron...Kay can lead the way!
