I really like them. My boyfriend (now husband) and I were together for nine months before I got pregnant at 15. Our condom had broken but we didn't realize before it was too late and I ended up conceiving from this single incident. My husband and I have been together for 6 and a half years with our second child due in a few weeks, just goes to show that not every teen parent is irresponsible!

My parents were teens when they had my big sister. 40+ years later and they're still together and happily married. My parents were a bit too strict, too worried what other people thought and trying too hard to protect us. That was a mistake they later had to rectify. I'm proud of my parents. They had us young but they completed their education, had careers and raised us right.

They might have tried. I've noticed some of the teen's parents are ashamed or so disappointed that they won't participate.
i think the only time they interviewed the dad's parents was that 20-something who got a 14 year old pregnant.
