Level 2 at 20,000W at 240V would be an 83A circuit. Most 220V home circuits are 30A or 50A. Make them 6,600W and 11,000W respectively.

I'm more worried about summer heat than I'm worried about winter. We easily hit triple degree heat (Fahrenheit) every summer and that isn't good for batteries either. We never get snow and rarely hit freezing.
