Best demo yet. I'm glad you showed how to rotate stone so pizza cooks evenly. Thanks!

I just received mine two days and love
this oven. I use fresh dough I make myself. My oven does go to 800 degrees but I use 500 degrees for top and 700 degrees for bottom and it's done 6 min. My pizza was so good. I love the black charcoal little bit on top crust tastes amazing. You have a good video. It's nice of you to help us see oven in operation.

Good demonstration. How hot you have the top and bottom depends on how you like your pizza. I like a dark, crisp bottom and I put mine at 800 degrees top and bottom.
I bought a separate pizza peel so that I don't have the difficulty of cheese and toppings sliding out of place using the two-piece pizza peel that comes with it.

I think it would’ve cooked a lot better had she used more flour and STOP OPENING IT! It can hold a nice even temperature if you KEEP opening it.

I'm Beginning To Like It. Top 600 Bottom 600 To Cook. Out At 7Minutes. Didn't Want The Bottom Black But Probably Could Have Used 3 To 4 Minutes To Get My Thin Crust Dough Done. Thanks So Much For The Video. I Used Kroger Products Too But Did Veggie

I use grits to let my crust roll off the peel. Give a nice crunch too.

it seems when i buy pizzas, they seem doughy and not cooked through. This should be hot enough to do the job.👍🏼

That black stuff on the stone is meant to get the pizza a charred bottom.

Little bit of olive oil on the stone would keep it from sticking

Please read the directions that come with the Piezano. You're never supposed to oil the stone or wash it with water. Wipe with a damp cloth. That's all it needs. The stone is very porous and is meant to draw out all the moisture from the crust to make it crunchy and perfect. Its supposed to be stained. It means its well seasoned and adds flavor.

I was thinking about you this morning and you going to china and everything....I just hope that you don't have to put a lot of money up front. Our relationship with the chinese government is not good. And when things really go south I'd hate to see you lose money . As far as products there is ( one example i can think of) a warning to healthcare about using some of the syringes imported from china this is currently on fda bulletins, they are substandard. One of the latest fbi bulletins (fbi. gov) mentions them continually trying to hack our infrastructure. Now, I've met a lot of chinese people i like and it's a nice interesting place to visit but maybe you could check out japan or south korea??. On a personal note, they support north korea which is one of the most brutal and repressive regimes in the world....not a govt whose country I'd want to do business with . You are a smart lady and i have followed your channel for years and if i didn't say something and you lost money I'd feel terrible. Love you and Ripley lots!!!
