Appreciate this review because I always wanted to know the temperature settings for a frozen pizza and glad to know it's better to decrease the top temperature to 600 degress
Yes. Do not wash pizza stone. Plus in, keep lid closed and turn top and bottom to 800 degrees, let it heat for 10 minutes. This burns off any lubricants from ovens heating elements.
Ok I got this. And NOT, I REPEAT NOT, FOR COOKING A FROZEN PIZZA IN IT‼️‼️‼️I’m a home cook for 50+ years. I make my food from scratch. Is it great for frozen. Probably. But my intention was to make my own pizza dough. Which I did 2 x’s now. I used 00 pizza flour. And it turned out good. My ? Is the 2 peels they give with this oven seem useless when creating a real pizza. Pleas give some advice for ppl who want to make a pizza from scratch. Truth be told I did use my bread machine to make my pizza dough. But the problem I was having was getting it onto the stone without all the ingredients falling. The peels serve no use. I also saw a video that suggested putting the peels together after stretching the dough to size you wanted & then putting all toppings on. Tried that & when attempting to gently release onto stone, dough kept sticking. I know I used enough flour first. So what is the answer. Do tell please. And please understand I’m not trying to be rude, just trying to understand the purpose of this Machine. There has to be some tips on executing this the way it was intended thank you.
There is an appliance now available that will eliminate all those countertop gadgets that take up counter space and storage issues when not being used. It is revolutionary! Brace yourself, it is called the kitchen stove! Wow! One appliance can do it all!!! Imagine that.
The average person will have an oven that only goes to 500F. Please, how will I get the pizza stone to 800F using my oven??? So the stove CAN'T do it all. Imagine that!
Piezano is just great! You will love it!!
