Forrest review at home:
Hey bro, black looks good and won’t wear out in a month but you will start to notice swirls. Just make sure you dry in straight directions and not in circles. Yes the n is a super fun car
nice video thank you brother ❤ keep going
Just got mine. Hit 100 miles today I can’t wait till 600. Pops like crazy even though people said the 24 doesn’t 😂. I love driving but I just have that feeling that I’m gonna overdo it since it’s brand new 😊
@@menamesframerate9136 yeah wait till you get past the break in period the exhaust sounds even better. Just take it easy until 600 but you can still drive in N mode.
@@ForrestDelBTS the max rpm I’ve been doing is 4000 because I heard you shouldn’t go over that. Sometimes I’m harder on throttle to get there and sometimes not so much. Trying to vary rpm and everything
Man, we need a POV NIGHT DRIVE 👌🙌
@@CarlosCastro-bu2pg coming soon! I got a sunset drive I’m uploading next. Lemme ask you this, would you rather hear engine noise or music for a pov drive?
@@ForrestDelBTS Uh! The engaine noise. Don't forget the start up. ☝️
@@CarlosCastro-bu2pg bet! I gotchu 💯
I think black cars look more Elegant
To save her great looking it had better use 2 phase self washing, where 1 phase touchless washing with high pressure washer and after that 2 phase hand washing with spounge using 2 buckets one with soap second one for washing the sponge. In American market there a lot of brands selling stuff for washing/detailing( for example Adam polishes and meguires). More over there a lot of stuff to remove bitumen off the car and metal block dust.
Man I found you looking for reviews on the 2024 my first hyundai in my life honda before and Mitsubishi evo x. Looking in performance blue gone to endure the torture finding one. Love the detail videos like the looks of the car gone to be my dad mobile. Let’s see how everything goes!
Thanks! I'm excited for you, this is a great car 🙌 Performance Blue looks so good too.
Appreciate how candid your being. Especially about the rain situation. Hey, can you shift modes on the fly? Appreciate your vids. I’m deciding between this N and a WRX.
@@dfunklegendfontdawg5023 can’t go wrong with either but yes you can change drive modes at any time. You can also drive in manual mode with the paddles and change back to automatic immediately
Just got mine a month ago and I'm loving it! Glad to hear you're enjoying yours! Not sure if you've heard but previous year EN's had knock sensor issues that would put the car into limp mode after getting the underbody pressure washed (through auto car washes). Just wanted to give you a heads up - I try to avoid auto washes with mine to avoid this. Not sure if it's still an issue on the 24 EN's though.
Yeah I did hear about that. I don't think it's as common with the 24's but I could be wrong. I've definitely seen a lot of posts about it and I probably won't ever go to an automatic wash.
@@ForrestDelBTSi’ve had mine for 2 weeks now and i think it’s the perfect car for me fr, im gonna take your advice on wiping it down with microfibre clothes after the rain cause i live in vancouver and it rained again today lmao
Hey congrats on the car man, im hoping to get one in a year or 2. To comment on the wireless charger, i think you can turn it off when you don't need to use it, so you aren't overheating your phone battery. It looks like there is a botton to the right of the charger, i may be wrong. I know it's the same car, but my sister's 24 toyota corolla has one and it had a botton to turn it off when it wasn't being used
Thanks! I don't think I can manually turn the charger off, but I did learn it actually turns off automatically when the phone is full battery.
I'm curious if you know that you can not only raise and lower your steering wheel, you know you can also pull it toward you? Just pull that lever down and adjust it to feel and put the lever back up and it stays there. Nice to see how happy you are with the car. You can also get an adapter for like 75 bucks to get the wireless car play or android auto. You have no idea how many features that car has. Wait till you get into the N mode gauges after a drive cycle and read them while parked before you turn the car off.
Had no idea I could pull it towards me lol I'm gonna adjust it today, thanks! I'll look in to the car play adapter too, I've heard that's the best way to use it. And I switch drive modes a good amount but I'm starting to just leave it in N mode. This car just keeps getting better and better.
Just checked and the wheel was already pulled out as far as it will go, all good tho it still feels great!
hey this might help you. for my 21 elantra the bluetooth audio level is really low, but when connected with android auto/apple carplay the speakers have much higher audio levels :)
@@xiunbe I figured it was like this but I haven’t used it yet. Thanks for letting me know! Def will use carplay now
Really frustrated. Can't get the cyber gray. Who knows if I ever will....
@@rolexer there’s a manual cyber gray for sale in Nashville I just saw. Most that are available seem to be intense blue
Used to have a veloster n and it’s not good to drive the car in eco mode I just drove it in normal or n mode but it’s not good for the car
Eco mode is pretty much just for getting good mileage on a long drive, but like I said I'm not too worried about mileage in this thing. The worst part about eco mode is how it suppresses performance so I wouldn't drive in eco outside of the freeway. But I don't think it will do any harm to the engine over time. I'm in N mode mostly now, the exhaust sound and handling is top tier.
Why not?
nice car but should of went for a used M340i
@@arunjeyaseelan5375 that’s also a great car 🙌🏽 but I’m glad I went with the new EN
That’s crazy how the Elantra n has less power, less drive drain wheels, less weight, and still gets less gas mileage than a focus rs
Yeah not my style but sounds like a fun car 👍
EN would annihilate an RS lol. Also the DCT can pull 37 on the highway
@@MeltingRubberZ28 how would it annihilate the rs? It lacks AWD and has less power.
@@Lukemarlowe the RS is quite slow given its ratings. Any sort of roll and the DCT EN would win.
