200 yards down the line surfers are like, "Yawn, I think I'll kick out now." Wave rolls on another 200 yards. I grew up surfing on the Gulf Cost of Florida. If you rode a wave 30 feet that was considered a long ride. Lucky souls!
True but they're also kicking out to avoid a pounding and insane paddle back out
The crowds in Coolangatta are insane. Sometimes it's funner to just surf an uncrowded inferior beach break.

What he said. How far down the beach you expect him to be with long waves like that. The Goldie has the longest waves, even Byron if you get the right conditions.
yeah its a shame i hate this angle, but i guess they cant get a good one from down the line.

They are taking waves guys are sending it on with zero chance of making, nothing worst that being out in epic surfing and watching people blowing waves they should know not to go on.
