This is a spacious house with all the bells and whistles! It even has an extra, the "dirty kitchen", which is an Asian thing, but I understand it's now catching on in the US. The family chef would find it very useful. Aside from little details, like an exit from the laundry room and raising the family bathroom window just a bit, I'd consider this a near-perfect house! I do like this plan.

This is gorgeous! I would make the dirty kitchen into a mudroom but that's the only change I'd make. Otherwise this house is perfect! Even the styling is wonderful. Great job!

Super cute. I’d make a few changes for Florida. I.e. walk in shower and no tub, enlarge shower. Larger refrigerator in kitchen.

Nice amount of space! Some design choices are confusing. The laundry room appliances, the “dirty kitchen” feels like a redundant space (two kitchens and no dishwasher), and the lovely office deprives the sitting room of a window, making it claustrophobic. All easy fixes, I reckon. The decor is very tasteful and I strangely find a bathroom with a window to be quite classy!

Love the wrap around porch , patio area , openness LOVE the arches , that office could be a tad bigger not really realistic , decent counter space , love the window in the kitchen . Laundry area is adorable . . Walk in closet and bathroom was nice , but main bedroom could be a bit bigger . Overall nice home!

Depends alot on where your building because costs are affected by many factors like access of the site, where do you buy your materials, what finishes you decide to use, what is the cost of building materials in your town or country. So I would advise you to show this design to any of your local engineers or builder who knows about all the above mentioned factors in your area and he will be in better position to give you a better rough estimate.
