Cleaning Up Turkey Creek Sanctuary

For my Community Engagement Project required by OCE3014 at FIU I decided to kayak for a day at Turkey Creek in Palm Bay, FL to see just how much garbage there was floating around, and how it was affecting this precious ecosystem.

This is so sad but is true, everywhere you go there is trash, I don't have to go far just for a walk around my neighborhood I see plastic and glass bottles in the ponds, fast food bags with trash and many other things that can easily can be disposed at home and people just throw out of their car for no good reason. Thank you for this video it brings awareness to all of us.
