Fringe Blue and Red (season 3 episode 8).
Fringe Dark Future (season 3 episode 22).

Fringe Future War (season 4 episode 19, season 5).
Simply put, Fringe was one of the most underrated scifi shows.
Damn and Fucking YES ! So missing ! This show could live for 10 years ! PUTAIN cette série me manque trop :(
Ikr, I found it from my Little Pony! and I loved the show!
hiperdoza 🤣
totally agree
Amen, if it had not been moved over and over and over from Time Slots it would have faired better in the ratings. The first season episodes did really good, but Fox moved because of American Idol, and it's ratings went downhill from there. Shame because Fringe was consistently one of the best Scifi shows ever. I loved the cast, characters, it's creepiness, acting and overall storyline. I mean who didn't love Walter, Peter, Astrid, Olivia, Broyles. And the theme was one of the best themes ever. I still have it on my phone
The fringe intro is really simple and short. But the fact that it changes slightly due to the universe or the time, makes it fucking epic.
videogiocatore3 I still remember the first time the "Observers" one came on in Season 4 (I think) - absolutely blew me away
Because X-Files did it first 😎 Fringe is just ripoff of X-Files.
made me chill the first time I saw it
@@scorpionkobra Vastly superior to X-Files.
@@eddiewillers1442 your subjective
An incredibly well-written, produced, & acted show. The best of it's genre.
And way ahead of the curve in it's revelation of a multiverse.
I still miss it.
Watch dark.
i mean, Star Trek TNG played with multiverses in the 90's, and American superhero comics had to use multiverses as a plot device as early as the 80's. so maybe in the big, grander view of tv and film, it was ahead of the curve for multiverse use, but definitely wasn't the earliest in pop-culture.
@@minners71 yeah dark was the best too. But fringe came out first
It was a shame about the final season of this though
^ Final Season of this was great. It would've ended at Season 4 but fans (and an exec who liked the show) got us that extended ending which explained who/what the Observers are. The writers set up a lot of mysteries, some of which went nowhere, but the Observers by the end of Season 4 were the only big mystery left. So I'm thankful we got Season 5 to finish the story.
I miss Fringe. So awesome. So brilliant.
The '80s one is my favorite. :)
***** Mine too! It's so cool...and the fact that it mentions the "fringe" stuffs from that era that are something normal for today is just plain awesome, and the bones-hand thing is the special touch!
Mine too
yeah, very cool! "personal computing"
I wish we had gotten some episodes of William and Walter sharing a lab.
amber is my favorite
God this show was awesome
The one thing I didn't like about it was how éclaté it was; however, i do agree that this show was awesome for years it's been my favourite sci-fi show!
@@machoromantic hi. I speak French. What was bursting about it? But I do agree with the Jenn Gil. The show was incredible. My partner and I watched all the shows we never did during lockdown. We’re getting towards the end now of everything good. I think Evil and the Good Fight are the only ones still making new episodes from our watchings, currently on The American Office. Not as good as the original but enjoyable all the same.
RIP Lance. Thanks for being apart of one the best shows ever made.
It's so cool how the Fringe openings parallel the X-Files opening. Fringe was an excellent spiritual successor.
That's because Fringe is essentially a rip-off of the X-Files.
@Bmhtsos18 LOL in what universe? There are a lot of nods, for sure. But it was not a rip-off.
lmao someone thinks it was a rip off ?xD
@@Bardim18 lol have you even watched the show for you to say it is a rip-off of the X-Files? X-Files wishes it can go as deep into sci-fi and all the subject matter that Fringe does.
@fawli86 Actually, I have seen it and I liked it. But the X-Files' influence in the show is undeniable, anyone who can't see that simply hasn't watched the show, or they lie.
They did a pretty good job of predicting "near future" technology. Considering time frame pre: smart phones / tablets / zoom /EVs etc... And yet the show nailed it 2010 predicting 2020, spot on 8 out of 10 times.
It's really scary
Actually its called predictive programming. It is on purpose nothing is random when entertainment predicts something especially with technology or freedom and free will etc.
Some concepts are exaggerated for entertainment or to seem absurd, but a lot of hidden truths are in that show.
The last opening which is s4e19 is chilling and very accurate to what is happening.
@@bettyberova4131 nobody implied it was random
Fringe didn't predate any of those things though...
I love the fact that they change the opening according to the episode
Literally everything in this show was amazing. Including the intros . I mean the last one really shows what has been taken away from the people in season 5. And they have been hinting this invasion since season one itself.
Exactly. Private thought, joy, individuality are all 'Fringe events' in the Observer future.
Basically today’s real world
The 5th season intro is bone-chilling. Eerily prophetic.
God, it's been 9 years? Man!
Fantastic show. Loved it from the start, but the first time I saw that retro 1985 intro, I knew we were going places. I loved how they used the intros to show where you were and that things were changing. And the final theme of the enslaved world...individuality, free will...makes me think of the modern era in some ways. The story goes on.
I miss Walter
"I'm sure that agent dunham knows what a penis looks like."
Hello dear
I want to tell you something, i’m 20 years old and i watched this show at 14 and still didn’t watch twice because i’m waiting for my future children to watch again :)
😢😢😢
And he misses Asterisk too.
Genius how in the final version, though the time is vastly ahead the fringe elements are most basic such as freedom ect.
+Trumpet Time maybe freedom is just an Illusion an Idea that we think we have but who could say. Left or right? llike walter said for every Decission there is a parralel universe so if this is right there is no freedom. I write this comment because I live in this special Universe
Trumpet Time I viewed it more as all of the inherent abilities and rights one should posses being stripped away by the observers in the future. I mean it gets to the point where you can’t even have your own “private thought” because of the observers ability to read and wipe people.
It's because future freaks known as Watchers occupy Earth and turned it into Nightmarish Police State and now Peter, Olivia, their daughter and Walter join forces with Resistance, trying to free Humanity.
The Observers are here.
+ℝ𝕒𝕕𝔾𝕒𝕥𝕠𝕣 ✪ But not before you :)
Ain't seen nothing
Theme song is the fuckin best. Hooked me into this show the second I heard that crazy piano riff
Back in my college days, I binged the hell out of it. An Amazing show.
i had to go to bed whenever this show came on but from what i was able to watch, it got me really fascinated in the idea of bending the laws of nature. currently rewatching it as an adult and having a blast.
That's AWESOME. Many don't realize there was a LOT of truth in what was shown as fiction!
This was literally one of the best shows ever I was devastated when the show came to an end
So cool to see how the technologies considered “fringe” 10+ years ago are mainstream now…
And then there are some that are still beyond our reach (for now…)
i miss this show so much
This is one of the greatest shows ever. Amazing cast, crew and direction.
ohh man.. wish I can wipe my memory clean and watch this great show again :) It's been 5? years since it's over and I can't find a decent sci-fi series which can be that much addictive like fringe was :( I remember I watched season 1 in like 3 or 4 days :D
lol, rewatch it. U'll find urself catching new things each time. Especially if you're looking for Observers, xD so creepy and paranoia inducing
It is on IMDb for free with Ads on Amazon
If you still want a show to watch I highly recommend 'The Expanse'
The expanse
Watch Dark
This show was so amazing! Been with me for years and I still watch it
I am like 5 episodes from ending the series for the first time! Really loved it, my sci-fi heart is so happy and sad at same time! And I got to say that my favorite intro is the Alternative Future, that black and white intro with the words “Hope” and “Water” written mindblowe my mind the first time I see it.
The 7th intro gives me chills every time.
this brings back so many good times i love this show so goddamn much
"Fringe Gold" is often referred to as "Alternate timeline" and the color is often considered to be amber.
Dear lord thank you for that
FRINGE is amazing. One of the best shows ever.
Never seen a so benevolent and healthy fandom as by fringe.
Love this show.
man it's amazing that JJ, Orci, and Kurtzman made something this good
I think it was the only reason I had any faith in Jar Jar Abrams for Star Wars. Unfortunately, that faith was extremely misplaced. JJ and Kurtzman have destroyed two massive franchises and split both fanbases. How they made Fringe, I'll never know.
Wow I was actually thinking this today....
How they gave us Fringe and Lost and so screwed up Star Trek then Star Wars.
@@jefferydraper2551 its easy, they are good with tv. With films, not so much.
When this intro first turned red I knew the episode would be fire
Really and truly underrated show
You watch all those possible future technologies imagining a brave new world for man kind and then you suddenly see water and hope among them. It hits hard.
Fr fr
That is one of my most favorite Shows in existence.
I really miss this show :( Thanks for the compilation, much obliged.
The last one is terrifying. I think in 2 3 years these notions will be merely utopian dreams for us... the great reset...
Finished my initial run around 5 years ago. Lockdown is a perfect time for the complete series bluray rerun with my mate - ive been telling him this show is superb for years
i did the same to my ex. She used to call me Walternative when i was being a dck hahaha
The way it ends at "FREEDOM" sends chills down my spine. Epic editing
In the dark future intro one of the words is 'water'.
"Water" and "Hope". I lost my shit when I saw that the first time :)
@@jerodast Hello, welcome back, and remain indoors! (The Quiz Broadcast.)
I think Fringe was the best Star Trek show of the 2010s
Just finished today😭😭favorite show❤️imma miss it so much
watched 4 times entirely. still my all time fav show. always recommending it as the best show in the world
I actually got really bummed watching the dystopian titles. good job with that
Anyone always come back few years after few years?😂
Best show ever....period. Still binge it once a year
1:07 one of the words is Pandemic... Mind blown...
😐😶
I always appreciated how the intro changed just enough every once in a while throughout the series so it could effectively set the tone for the episode(s) without giving away any kinda spoilers about the overall story.
Fun Fact: named my laptop Walter and my external hard drive Astrid. Laptop was stolen, and replace by insurance. I named it Walternate. 😂
One of my favorite comments of all time. Thank you for existing 🎖️
Damn, I named my computer Hal. Hoping it never gets stolen, but it’s partner will definitely be named Halternate
That "Freedom" in wire though
I love Fringe.. the intro music :D ! everything !!!
My favorite TV show
🔥🔥👑
You need to give the Netflix show Dark a watch then.
It took me two seasons to realise that the hand had too many fingers.
Fun Fact: Seasons 1, 2, and 3 all have different words in the blue intro. 2 is my favorite, I remember starting off the season with "Parallel Universe" as a bold white word, and thinking "I'm pretty sure that wasn't there before, that's cool!"
Also, the red Season 3 intro contains the same words as the Blue season 3 intro. (the Red Season 2 intro is the one shown here with "First People")
I loved the intro, how it told you which universe you were going to be viewing...
The way I "labeled" them (...not really labeled, but what I found them to be)
Original opening
- Current universe
80's flashback opening
s
Alternate Universe opening
Mixed original/alternate universe opening
Future - No alternate universe
Bridged universe opening
Future - Observer controlled current universe
Most under rated series 🔥🔥
シンプルなオープニングだけど色の違いで本編の舞台が現在過去未来を分けていて分かりやすかった😃
They need to bring this show back. Like they did the X files.
It ran it’s course. We don’t need to bring everything back.
No. The show is over and it's a good thing.
As much as I would like more fringe it ended on a high
I got really attached to the show, when I got to the last 5 episodes, i quitted watching for 6 months. because i don't want it to end. i rewatched it like 8 weeks ago, it was good. :(
I remember watching this show with my aunt many years ago
If this show was made in 1990s it would have beaten the X-files.
Walter was the greatest character, you can’t change my mind 🔥🔥
This is such an awesome show
I miss Fringe so bad :(
The fact that I haven't thought about this show in ten years and that only watching the intros reminded me of every plot point speak to how amazone this intro is
0:00 - Standard opening
0:21 - Retro (The past)
0:43 - Parallel universe
1:05 - Standard and Parallel universe
Could you say what were 1:26 and 1:48? It's been years I watched the series and can't exactly recall now.
+The Rockapheller
Season 3 finale, the alternative future where Peter goes when he enters to the machine.
1:26 is indeed the alternate future, 1:48, the goldish yellow one is the alternate timeline and many consider it amber. The last one is the Observer future.
For the particular intros in this video:
0:00 - Prime Universe (Season 1)
0:21 - 1985 (Peter - S2, Subject 13 - S3)
0:43 - Alternate Universe (Over There - S2)
1:05 - Prime and Alternate Universe (Entrada - S3)
1:26 - Prime Universe - 2026 (The Day We Died - S3)
1:48 - Alternate Timeline (Season 4)
2:09 - Observer Future - 2036 (Season 5)
This isn’t a groundbreaking commentary at all but I love how the theme songs’ concept of showing fringe scientific and societal concepts slowly devolves as core human concepts like Hope and Individuality and Free Thought are pushed to the fringes as the Observers take over. By the final season it’s obvious but they seed a couple of them in a few seasons earlier as a warning. Really neat.
God I miss this show!
Anyone who loved Fringe needs to watch the Netflix show Dark.
One of the best TV series of all Times
I agree
@@soul72500 Now add the Netflix show Dark to the list.
Thank You so much bro ❤
Best scifi show ever and unfirtunately not that famous but so so good that i have watched it about ten times entirely
I never shed a tear over the end of a four-year relationship, but thinking back, knowing that of all the box sets we watched over the years, Fringe was one of the only ones we actually finished, and loved, such a good happy ending does make me feel... something anyway.
This is my favorite intro ever
You know it’s all sci-fi stuff mentioned in the various seasons and you’re like chill about it. And then you see hope and water and it hits you that everything is gonna take a darker turn.
Big fan, great ending!
Is it peter in the middle of that crowd in the 2036 intro?
Özledim be gördükçe ağlayasım geliyor
Vay be
This Series is brilliant!
has anyone noticed that the hand has 6 fingers?
Yes, having six fingers is known as polydactyly, it's extremely rare, it suits the theme well, the show being how strange and unique it is.
This show did Gravity Falls before it was cool
@@proclarushtaonasat dang it you stole my line
yeah, this is called distal polydactyly.
As Standford, as well, has ;)
My head is about to blow up
That last intro.... It's far scarier than any science fiction.
I like most the first and the last one.
I just notice that hand print has 6 fingers, I didn't notice it every time I watch it on TV , damn
The show that needs to be picked up by another network, I don't care if that means just putting off the events of season 5, bring it back. if any show can resurrect dead characters its this show.
Alec Barnes Nah man. They had a great story. If they brought it back the story probably won't be as great & look sloppy. Just gotta let it go.
Dew haha I know, just wishful thinking
Alec Barnes Oh ok haha then I agree. :)
Season 5 was awesome
I thought they were doing a spinoff like some kind of prequel? JJ Abramas said the story isn't finished
Just brilliant
I love the red/blue one
Great job on these Andrew Kramer always loved watching the into to this show when it was on TV
In 2024, I miss Walter :-(
Comenzaré a verla nuevamente desde el episodio 1 en este momento
amazing show . 2004-2016 had best serieses
Fringe was the BEST !! Only open minded critical thinkers LOVED the series. There aren't many open minded critical thinkers left on the planet lol
The last intro is more relatable than ever in these crazy times
I am convinced J.J. Abrams has partial ESP. That last one is bone-chilling.
Tremenda serie de ciencia ficción, la mejor para mí
So much underrated series. Light years better than most of these trashy series that everyone is raving about. It's even better than X-Files. In X Files, you never know the truth. But with Fringe, there's always a logical scientific explanation of what's going on.
Thanks for this. I need to binge this. Haven't seen it in a while
That one at 2:10 flawlesly predicted our time
i miss fringe!! come backk
if it were to come back then it would turn bad just like with the x files season 10.
@@loganbyrd4645 you either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
Retro introduction was the best. It best illustrated how law enforcement will need a duality of thought when it comes to fighting hightech crime. Convenyional and 'other'. How things have advanced to critical mass where rich individuals will be able to 3D print precision instruments to enact ever more clear experimental procedures with ever more understandable, mass digestible laws of the universe with the advent of superspeed internet. I think the retro graphics would have been better if they went from tier 1 'Personal Computing', tier 2 'Real-Time Global Communications', to tier 3 'Digital Warfare' (hence showing how the world needed to create Cybercrime Departments which were truly 'fringe' back in the early-mid 90s and now are just mandatory for law enforcement to have)...
But apart from that, the retro scene paints the picture of both a terrifying, yet glorious age of humanity through the pursuit of scientific endeavour. Where we've come from and how we need to prepare for the future.
It really scares me how dark can things get
Miss it 😓
2022!!..we have reached where the intro told us
