Yes, Christ is coming. All of Christendom is waiting and watching for the return of Christ, as supported by scripture. Watchtower has its adherents waiting and watching for the coming of "Armageddon," a teaching not found in scripture. Watchtower teaches return of Christ ="Armageddon." If they would read the Bible instead of Watchtower, they would understand these are two separate events spanning over a thousand years. After the return of Christ, and the thousand years reign, Satan is released and shortly after, a battle at Armageddon. Witnesses are spiritually and intellectually lazy.
Thanks for your comment. The only problem is that Watchtower tries not to closely connect themselves to Russell because they stopped following his teachings and all of his writings. They have told JWs to destroy most if not all of the literature from way back then.

The fact that Jesus subjects himself to the Father has nothing to do with whether or not Jesus is God. Does the fact that you obey your human father mean that you are not a human being? Jesus is not God the Father, but he is equal to him in nature and value.
Have you not read Matthew 16:13-19; I suppose Jesus just "allowed" Peter to believe a lie 🙄. Surely, Jesus would have corrected Peter if Peters answer was incorrect. Just to emphasize infinitlight comment with some things that made me think... Do you really believe that there would be any order (the opposite of chaos) without consciousness? Christ that Jesus embodied (AKA the Word of God - which can't be a book = not perfect, not a God for sure) is depicted as God's wisdom (= consciousness in action - 1 Corinthians 2:7) so the question that comes to mind is What is the God the OT exactly? the truth is hidden not only by deceivers or ignorant, but also because of spiritual reasons (Matthew 13:9-46) - Nobody needs a book for real, kids who can't read and don''t understand most words can get it (Luke 10:21) as long as they are not yet polluted by dogmas/inculcation, the darkness and haven't build-up their Ego/subconsciousness. They can't see or even can imagine God, but they see the truth ("I' am the truth" John 14:6) So yeah, there is still a lot of valuable information in that book, but we have to read between the line (with consciousness - en refute what is to be refuted and admit the truth that have to be admitted) a fable is a fable, but we all have access to consciousness if we recognize (not deny) "the truth"/Christ. Well if that's the case then it's a bit funny that God's self-proclaimed "SPIRIT DIRECTED ORGANIZATION" chose to misquote those very verses. One would think that the very "mouthpiece of God" would have known that it was an addition!
