I do not know how to read/write tabs. There is a website called "banjo hangout" that's a great resource generally, and I know people request tabs on the forums there. You might be able to find some similar tabs, or even get someone to tab this version out. And if you have any questions about particular parts of the song, I will answer on here to the best of my ability.
