Wheeler making a deck based around a single land is why he's the Premier Lands Player of the format.

Wheeler is such a funny guy. I was giggling and laughing in sync with Olivia.
What a cast! Jim is fast becoming one of my fave faces in Magic, and I have deep affection for Wheeler in all his incarnations. Mono-blue Yorion that has to hoop-jump to get enough white mana to use his secret commander, A LAND - is the most Wheeler thing I have seen in a long time. Another triumph for the channel!
Wheeler is a savant, I never know what to expect when he's at the table and that's rad!
I love most of the LRR cast, but Wheeler is something special. Especially in a setting like this where he can go ham with a weird and wacky deck. never would have guessed I'd see someone pull off a mono-blue emeria deck....

Point of order for future, you do not sacrifice the Mending until the last chapter is done (same for all sagas), so you should have a GY of just Mending.

I'm only 15min in and I can't stop smiling/laughing. All of the jokes please my nerd heart more than you could imagine.
Wheeler's Deck is so friggin' unique! That's what commander is about. At least my favorite type of decks. Using a commander but putting your spin on it. Loved everyone's deck, especially Olivia's, but Wheeler's was my favorite.
This had to be a top 3 hijinks ending in my book, great episode 👌

One rulings update: 1:04:11 when Olivia completes the Mending of Dominaria, the full ability needs to resolve (return lands to battlefield and shuffle rest into library) before the Mending sacrifices itself for completing the third chapter. Essentially, the Mending doesn't shuffle itself back in and should be the only thing remaining in graveyard upon conclusion.
Either way, such an enjoyable video. Jim is such a comedian and Wheeler always requires a laugh track nearby because he is pure comedy gold. You always get the greatest guests!

Love the cards that rewrite the text of a card, it feels like a little bit of silver bordered magic in black border. Personally I love using it in Merfolk to rewrite an Urborg or Yavimaya into saying islands or rewriting one of the lords that give islandwalk into a type that my non-blue opponents have. Also very fun to put on isochron scepter!

I love this show. It shows off the casual, fun side of magic that I haven't seen yet in other shows. I love that mistakes and stuff are treated as things that happen and can be corrected, and that noone takes this all too seriously.

Watching this now in retrospect, wild how when Olivia played "The Gitrog Monster" Wheeler said "Oh Thalia" and now "Thalia and the Gitrog Monster" is a printed card months after this episode.

I love decks that use other players stuff. My Galina deck is so brutal but when anyone loses to it, I say this: "You should take that as a compliment on your deck building skills, this deck is only as good as what the deck builder puts in it for me to take. :D"

In the realm of bad commander deck ideas: Mardu Elves. Not sure why I was inspired to go through this route but I definitely tried to brew the deck.
