I ran my first half marathon last Saturday . Last year I had a triple ankle fracture and I couldn’t run for a good 10 months. I remember my first 500m trying to run again and crying my heart out at the end of it . I just kept trying and I’m so proud of myself for making it

Do you have any tips about staying so positive during long run? I tend to focus on the discomfort and just end up willing myself to keep going for 2.5 hours, it is basically hell.
I wish I could run, but I am extremely hyper mobile and always get injured when I do so-watching videos like this are so satisfying because all I can do is walk briskly 😊

Hi! Just wanted to ask. You start your day at 4:40 with all your preps so I assume you start running at 4:50 or 5:00 AM max. Then you clock in at 5:27 AM. So you finish half a marathon under 30 to 20 minutes??

I started my run at 5:27 it takes me a long time to get ready it takes me around 2 hours to run a half marathon :)
