The fact that Garmadon accomplished all that he did without his powers in the early seasons makes his feats more impressive. He took over the Skeleton army, amassed the power to possess the golden weapons, stole the golden weapons, destroyed the Devourer, took control of the Serpentine, and then turned Ninjago into his own image twice (the first time being Wrong Place, Wrong Time). Not to mention fighting tons of Serpentine effortlessly and being seen as a hero in the eyes of the people (lol). I imagine a lot of his durability in the Oni Trilogy would’ve been present if he had to fight elemental powers back in the day. No wonder only Lloyd alone could defeat him.
