I know you posted this a long time ago, but can you post or email me the detail of the air system up/down air fittings? Do you have 2 solenoids per bag? 1 up and 1 down? I have wanted to do this on my truck then have the Edge monitor pressures, but your setup seems so compact and I love the up/down switches. Also, what "power" does the extra switch to power the air switches? Is it just an extra safety?
Sorry I just saw the comment. Please drop your email and I will be glad to email you if still interested. There is 2 solenoids per bag 1 up and 1 down.
It has been over a year since I bought these parts but I will do my best: -Horn Blasters Nightmare compressor kit: Included compressor, 5 gal tank, and hosing -Horn Blasters Outlaw horn: 3 trumpets -2 VIAIR air pressure regulator: 1 for air bags, 1 for auxiliary air -4 Horn Blasters 1/4" SMC 12 Volt Electric Valve: (2 for input air to the bags, 2 for the air dump to release air bag air) -2 3 position switches for the bags (my switches return to center(off) position this is kind of your choice) -wiring I used 18 aug (Preferably different colors) -an assortment of adapters and fittings -plumber tape or paste (I used both) I may go back and make a more detailed video if I get some time. I have had it installed over a year now and have had 0 issues. Pulled my 36ft fifth wheel from GA to TX this summer when I moved 0 issues.
I got the roof post from XDP.com. The needle gauge came from MaxTow and the digital air pressure gauge from GlowShift. Same company different style. DISCLAIMER: the blue digital read out is super bright even in dim setting and I am OCD so when the numbers aren't equal exactly it bothers me. If I could do it again I'd put the 2 needle GlowShift gauge.
That truck is amazingly clean!
Thank you
