I was on a 30 year playing Hiatus to raise my kids and only recently discovered Chris Buck. As a guitarist, I immediately identified his phenomenally tasty playing. The whole band is TOP NOTCH... but Sally Evans? Oh my goodness! My jaw dropped to the floor starting at 4:20 .
Yes I have only just found him where or who as been hiding him.

Searching for a late night song to provide soulful blues pleasure I found this. Perfect.
I watched/listened to it twice, _before_ I even _considered_ going for the mind-bending substances. I can't pay you a higher compliment (pun intended) than that. Not only does the lady have a set of pipes, but the entire band hits grooves like a Rottweiler on a steak and won't let go until every last note has been wrung out of it. I can't really compete in your particular universe - I've only been playing about 50 years - but if you're around in another ten, give me a call. I _might_ be up to speed by then.

What I love about this song is the Atlanta Rhythm Section meets SRV vibe, straight from the seventies practically. Then towards the end the energy turns more into Red Hot Chili Peppers, which is a very interesting mixture of sounds. Very nice music indeed.

Terrific tight performance with great warmth, a rich rock groove and subtle feeling. Loved it. Superb playing from everyone: bass and drums well in the pocket and grooving deep; the guitar solos beautifully developed through a build that perfectly suits the song and rock-solid, but subtle and rangy vocals. Dig that vibrato on the high notes (also the harmonies). Really great stuff guys. Thank you.
