Your neighbors are lucky to have you living next door. Our neighbors look out for each other and just as you said, if someone like this entered our home uninvited, they would likely find a new hole in flesh somewhere. I'm grateful my neighbors are armed former military personnel and we live in state has our back.
Neighbors wasn't so lucky 30 years ago when I was a teen. 😆 house has been family for 35 years. For the handful of neighbors that have been around that long are pretty close. Another neighbor called me after she noticed activity, later my wife actually seen the lady enter the property. So we already had a heads-up.

Yes, thank you so much. Something happened during upload that caused the size issue and I believe the sound issue's at the first of the video. As far as overall sound I'm looking at mics already. I'd love an opinion of those issues on 1 of my other videos. This one was rushed.
I'm glad you put this on the internet. I would bet she has done this before. Also, unfriendly (to strangers) stray dogs you adopt will keep this weird drama out of your hair.
Having been a career Paramedic for 30 years, I've seen a lot. I always hope one takes a friend or friends along. Personally, I never go without my friends Mr. Smith, Mr. Wesson, or even Mr. Colt. You do know the famous saying? "“God created man, but Sam Colt made them equal." Be safe.

I don't give a rats a,, if my neighbor 's home is vacant,if you are not the renter,owner etc, you are trespassing!! And if your neighbor didn't want to press charges, that just might happen again, won't you be my neighbor!
I don't know if cops spoke with landlord or the tenant, either way I was very disappointed that I stuck my neck out to protect my neighborhood and the lady was left to keep wondering around the alley. Now with a grudge against me..

Yeah, if you notice my dog wasn't to intimidating looking. I have thought of getting another dog since this happened.
